Compliance Guide

Create a SEC3URE Account If you do not have a SEC3URE account:

Using a Computer or Mobile Device:1. Go to SEC3URE.COM

2. Select the orange Register button.

3. Enter your information on the Registration page, agree tothe Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then Submit

4. Select your state, the facilities you visit, and thenAdd Selected faciliites

From the Home screen, select the purple My Facilities tile to add additional facilities to your SEC3URE account

The tiles on your SEC3URE Home page will turn green once all facility requirements are fulfilled

From the Home screen select the red Outsanding Credentials tile to review the facility requirements and then take action to fulfill those requirements

In the left menu, select My Account >> Profile to Edit your contact information and Change Photo

SEC3URE will determine if you need to purchase a Passport Subscription to fulfill facility requirements

Remember to install the SEC3URE Companion Mobile App:

1. On your mobile device, go to your App Store and search for "IntelliCentrics"

2. Install the free SEC3URE Companion Mobile App

3. Launch the SEC3URE Mobile App on your mobile device

4. Enter your information and login

The SEC3URE Companion Mobile App allows you add and delete facilities as needed. Check your facility Credential Requirements and Policies on-the-go.Check into and out of (participating) facilities remotely and receive an electronic badge on the mobile device.

Be sure to enable mobile text notifications and reminders. SEC3URE keeps you up-to-date on facility requirements so you Know before you go.

SEC3URE doesn’t believe reps should pay for something they don’t need. That’s why SEC3URE works with healthcare facilities to create fair and reasonable credentialing requirements based on a rep’s role within a facility.

If a rep isn’t required to submit credential requirements for review and storage, the subscription is free. Reps who are required to submit credentials purchase an annual Passport membership, which is valid at all SEC3URE facilities. Individuals will not pay a separate fee for each facility they visit.

SEC3URE is the industry standard for vendor credentialing. As part of the SEC3URE Ethos, we are one of a vast network of SEC3URE Facilities immediately available when you have satisfied any outstanding requirements.

It is a requirement that all reps successfully register and satisfy outstanding requirements through SEC3URE.COM.

Simple ProcessIf you do not have a SEC3URE account,

create one using the brochure instructions. Once you have completed your registration and submitted any required credential documents, SEC3URE will review and process your submissions.

Please note that all of our reps must be part of SEC3URE. If you fail to comply with this requirement, you will not be permitted inside our facilities.
