and send at their local Parcel Connect agent.
Parcel Connect is a new service that allows buyers to shop online and nominate to have their
purchases delivered directly to their local Parcel Connect agent - rather than to their home or
work address. They can also drop off purchases they wish to return to the seller.
This new service allows buyers, sellers and walk-in customers the convenience of
dropping off and sending or collecting parcels at a time and place that suits them
and that increases revenue for you.

Rather than buyers arranging to have their parcels delivered to their home or workplace, they
can elect to have those parcels delivered to a Parcel Connect agent and pick them up at a
time that suits them. They can also return a parcel to a seller via their Parcel Connect agent.
As a Parcel Connect agent you are able to retail the
Fastway Courier offering to walk-in customers.
Online sellers and adhoc users of the postal service and courier companies can now drop
parcels at their Parcel Connect agent and a Fastway Courier Franchisee will pick them up.

What type of items can you expect?
The most commonly purchased items online are books, CDs, DVD’s,
clothing, sporting goods, electrical and electronic goods and
cosmetics. Parcels should be stored in a secure area that won’t
impact on your shop front space.
Fastway has a policy not to accept any dangerous or hazardous
goods and transport so you should will never receive these type of
parcels in your store.
The size of the parcel will not exceed 2.1m or weigh more than 30kg.
Dependant on store size, we can limit the size and number of parcels
you receive based on your specific requirements. If you can only
handle parcels less than 10kg or less than 1 metre long, we can
ensure these are the only type of parcels you receive.

Yes, you must:
1. Trade outside normal business hours
2. Offer on-site parking
3. Have internet access

Sending parcelsParcel Connect provides online sellers and adhoc users of postal/courier services with an alternative sending option. Rather than arranging to have their parcels picked up by a courier at their home or workplace, or driving to a post office or depot themselves, they can leave those parcels at your business premises and a Fastway Courier Franchisee will pick them up.
How it works•Online retailer sells a product to his customer•Online retailer packages the product and buys a satchel directly from your store•Online retailer places his parcel in the appropriate satchel•A invoice is made out to the online retailer, and a copy of the same with the parcel number is provided to the online retailer.•Online retailer leaves the parcels at your business premises•A Fastway Courier Franchisee picks up any parcels on a daily basis

Parcel returnsWhen customers want to return a purchase, they simply arrange this with the seller. They drop the parcel off at your business premises and Fastway will pick it up.
