He is so playful and naughty, but he is a good student and he is kind to me, too.

I visited his family after Sports Day. We played happily with his toys.

My family and I went to Bangkok on 26-12-2005.

We played in a fun park. I saw a tall Christmas tree. It had purple, orange, red, green, white and blue

colour balls.

cat and the dog. Then they went to the jungle to start the running race . The cat was the judge. “ One

two three! Go! ” The dog was running fast . Then the mouse saw a sweet house. There were many

sweets. The mouse was greedy and he ate all the sweets. The dog was the winner because he was

running fast but the mouse ate too many sweets in the sweets house and the mouse was the last.

A trip to Sai Kung J.4A Yeung Kin Yip Kenneth

Last Tuesday, my family and I went to Sai Kung. We got there by bus. We wanted to climb the mountain.

The weather was cool. There were many people. I enjoyed playing table tennis, playing football, playing

basketball, swimming, reading bibles and eating sticky rice. The food was very delicious. We enjoyed

our weekend but we felt very tired.

On Tuesday, I went to Yuen Long with my family. We got there on foot. We went to Yuen Long Plaza for

shopping. In the shops we bought some beautiful clothes, some Disneyland books and some dolls

because they were cute and beautiful.

In the afternoon, we went to Tuen Mun. We ate some food in the restaurant. The food was delicious.

Then we went shopping in the Tuen Mun shopping mall. We bought some toys. We went to the

supermarket and bought some food, too. I enjoyed my holiday.

Who is the winner in the climbing race? J.4A Miffy Lee

There were three animals in the wood. A koala, a monkey and a snake were going to have a climbing

race under a very tall tree. Because they wanted to find out who was the fastest. They invited Miss

Giraffe to be the judge. Miss Giraffe said “Ready! Go!” They started the climbing race. After some time,

the monkey was the fastest, the koala was the second, but the snake fell from the tree. Later on, the

koala fell from the tree too, because he was very tired. The monkey was very tired too, but he didn’t

give up. Finally the monkey was the winner.

The crocodile and the turtle were friends. One day the crocodile said to the turtle,". I am bored. Let's

have a swimming race." "Good idea!" the turtle said. They found a judge. The judge was an elephant.

They jumped into the river. Then they started the swimming race. The crocodile thought that the turtle

walked slowly. So he must swim very slowly too. The turtle swam quickly to the finishing line. The turtle

won. The crocodile said,"Why can you swim so fast?" "I just walk very slowly, but I can swim very fast.

The exciting running race J.4A Kwong Ming Hong

One day, a frog went to the countryside for a walk. Then a giraffe and a lion came too. The frog said,

“I’m the fastest in the jungle.” The lion and the giraffe said the same of themselves. So, the bear

suggested, “Let’s have a running race tomorrow.”

On the next day, the frog, the lion and the giraffe came to the countryside. They had a race there. The

frog wanted to win in the race. So, when the race started, he jumped on the lion. But the lion was so

fast that the frog fell onto the ground. The frog decided to withdraw from the race. The lion wanted

to pass the giraffe, so he threw a small stone at the giraffe. At last, he passed the giraffe, but the

giraffe was able to catch up.They reached the finishing line at the same time. So, both of them

became the winners. They were not happy because they did not know who the real winner was.

Last week, we went to Causeway Bay. We got there by MTR and by bus. We took MTR to Mongkok. Then

we took a bus to Causeway Bay. Causeway Bay is east of Wan Chai. In the restaurant, we ate delicious

food. Then we went shopping in Causeway Bay. We saw some people buying some books. We bought

some things. It was fun.

A trip around Hong Kong J.4B Leung Hiu Ming

Last weekend, Mark and his friends left Tuen Mun. They took the LRT to Yuen Long at nine o'clock. They

arrived there at nine thirty. Then they took a bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. Mark saw many people in Tsim Sha

Tsui. The people were busy. Then Mark and his friends went shopping in a shopping mall. After shopping

in the shopping mall, they went to the Citysuper at the IFC. They bought many things at the Citysuper.

Then they went to the City Hall to watch an exhibition. They were hungry. So they had lunch in a

Chinese restaurant. They ate some dim sum and some rice. At two o'clock, they went to Lamma Island

by ferry. They went to the beach to have a sunbath. Then they went to swim. They also collected some

shells. Then they had tea at a restaurant. At three o'clock, they went home by ferry. They had great fun.

A trip to Disneyland J.4C Lai Ka Lam

Yesterday, my family and I went to Hong Kong Disneyland. The weather was fine. We went there by bus.

We arrived there at ten o'clock in the morning.

In Disneyland, I saw a big Mickey Mouse and a big Minnie. We also played in the Buzz Lightyear Astro

Blasters. We took a gun to play the shooting game.

Then we went to Space Mountain. We had a ride on the spaceship. It was exciting.

At seven o'clock, we went to watch the 3D movie. At eight o'clock, we sat on the bench and watched the

firework. It was so beautiful.

At nine o'clock, we went home by car. I had a great time in Hong Kong Disneyland.

Places in Hong Kong J.4D Law Yi Chun, Chris

Last Sunday, Mark went to a beach on Lamma Island. First, he took the LRT from Tuen Mun to Yuen

Long at nine o’clock. It was half past nine when he arrived at Yuen Long. Then, he took a bus to Tsim

Sha Tsui and he arrived there at half past ten. In Tsim Sha Tsui, Mark went to the cinema and he also

visited the Space Museum. After that, he took a ferry to Central. He arrived there at half past twelve.

He did not stay at Central for long. Then, he took another ferry to Lamma Island at two forty five. Mark

had different activities on Lamma Island. He first went to the beach to play with sand and then he went

swimming and fishing. He stayed on Lamma Island for about two hours and then he took a ferry back

to Tuen Mun. He enjoyed the day very much because he went to different places and had many

activities.

My name is Ellen. I like reading scary books. At a rainy night, I was reading a scary book. Then, I went

to bed.

The next morning, I woke up. I went to school with my best friend, Polly. At the school, we could not see

any students in the hall.

In the classroom, we set on the chairs. Then, we saw a black ball next to the desk. Polly asked, “What’s

that?” Polly went to touch the ball. “Don’t touch me!” the ball said. Polly and I were very surprised. We

ran, ran and ran!

We stopped in the music room. We were tired so we slept on a long bench. “Don’t sleep on me!” the

bench said. We were frightened. We woke up and ran to the playground.

On the playground, we saw a boy. I asked, “Who is he?”. We saw the boy running. Then he returned. We

saw his face… “Oh! My god! It is a ghost!” Polly shouted. We ran and left the school…

Then I woke up. I said, “Oh! It was a scary dream!”

My Scary Dream J5A Lam Ho Yueng

One day, Howard went to bed very late. He had a scary dream. Everything has changed!

He was at Miss Lok’s home. He saw five robbers. Tom said, “We can steal something in the house.”

Other robbers said, “Good idea!” Howard was frightened.

The robbers broke into Miss Lok’s house. There was no people. They stole some jewellery and money

from the safe.

Howard saw them and shouted loudly, “Stop!” The robbers were frightened because Howard was a

policeman. They fought with Howard.

Howard was hurt. He ran upstairs and phoned his partners for help. The robbers ran after him.

Suddenly, he woke up. He was happy. He was not hurt. There were no robbers.

My Excited Dream J5A Hung Sze Yuen

One day, I was very excited. I went to the airport to meet my aunt, uncle and cousins. Then, we went

to Ocean Park. We played some games there. I was very happy.

The next morning, I went to the shopping mall with my parents. Suddenly, we saw a terrorist. The

terrorist wanted to shoot the people. The people were very scared.

Next, a man called the police. The terrorist killed many people so all the people in the shopping mall

went out.

After that, some policemen arrived. They didn’t let the people go into the shopping mall. They waited.

Many people inside were worried.

After that, the terrorist shot at a policeman. The policeman was sent to a hospital.

Finally, the terrorist pointed at me with a gun. I was so scared. Then I screamed loudly, “Help mum!”

Then I woke up. It was a dream. I was happy now.

Last night, I was very tired when I was doing my homework. Mum saw me and said, “Sue, go to sleep

NOW!!” I didn’t want my mother getting cross. So I went to sleep.

Suddenly, I felt something pushing me. I opened my eyes and saw an angel! The angel said, “Hello, Sue,

I’m May. Do you want to go to Heaven?” I thought, “I can’t believe it.” Then, I said, “ Yes, I want to go

to Heaven.”

Then she took a thing like a pencil-box. She spoke to it and said “Ca-li-to, Heaven.” I thought that was

a magic word. So all of a sudden I was on a cloud in Heaven. It was a very beautiful!

May took me to a big house in white colour. I liked it very much. The house was very beautiful, too.

Inside the house, there was a man; He was GOD!! He looked at me and smiled very friendly. He said,

“Sue, I give you a wish. What do you want?” I said, “I want a pair of wings!” God opened his right hand.

There was a pair of wings! I was very happy, and said, “thank you, God!”

But when I opened my eyes again, I found that it was only a dream! I was very disappointed! I wanted

my dream to come true.

After I read my beautiful mermaid story, I was very tired so I went to bed to sleep.

The next morning, I woke up. I was very surprised because I was in the sea! I could swim now!

“Oh! I was a mermaid princess!”

There was a beautiful fortress. There were my pictures! I thought it was my fortress. I went into the

fortress. Everyone faced me to render.

I can find my mother, father and my cat! They were very happy to see me. I was also happy too! I was

proud of myself because I could be a princess!

I was very happy because I could play with the fish! They were very cute! I also play with my mermaid

and cat everyday too! I was enjoyed the life.

Everyone loved me, so and I love them too! So our country was peaceful. But the happy times went by

very fast, because the other country attacked our country. We lost in the battle.

“Peter, I go out now,” Peter’s mother said. “But it is raining now.”. Peter said. “I will take a hat.” Mother

said. But his mother took the peel of banana on her head.

Finally, he woke up. He said, “It was a crazy dream.” He was very happy because his home is tidy again.

Stella won a badminton game. She was rich. That’s why she was always proud of herself. Then, she

Today, my mum told me a very exciting story. The story was about a bird. The bird’s name was Kenny.

At that night, I had a dream ……

Oh! There was a jungle. There were many many grass. There was a path. I walked along the path and

I lost my way. Then I saw a sign.

“You are a brave boy, go ahead.” Then, I walked along the path again.

There were no people and no animals. The path was so long that I was very tired. Suddenly, I saw a

bright light on the top of the tree.

I saw a gold bird on the tree. “Oh! Are you Gold Bird? Can you help me to go home?” “Yes, I can. You

can sat on my back.”

“I’m flying in the sky!” I screamed. I felt very excited. Suddenly, I fell on to the floor. I felt very

frightened. I opened my eyes. Oh! It was a dream.

My Interesting Dream J.5B Ken Poon Chung Kan

In the morning, Peter woke up and said. “‘Today is Sunday. I can go outside.” Then he went to the

street.

Next, he wanted to go to the Ken Ken Toy Shop to buy some toys. On the way to the Ken Ken Toy Shop,

he saw an interesting shop. Then, he went into the shop.

In the shop, Peter said”‘I want to be thinner. I don’t want to be fat because all the people laugh at me.

Are there any products that can make me thinner?’ The shop assistant said ‘Ok. Please turn left and go

ahead.”

Then he went into the room. Soon, he slept. He felt something pushing him. After that, he woke up. He

was thinner. He was very surprised. Later, he went home.

At home, his mum asked. “‘Who are you?” He said “I am Peter.” Then, his mum wondered. “My son is

very fat. Are you a thief?”.

Honest Elaine saw five dollars on the street. She got all the money from the street. She looked around.

There were many people looking at her. She was very scared.

She went to school and told her teacher and friends about that. She saw a lot of money on the street.

Her teacher said, “You are a very honest student.”

After that, she went to the classroom and saw something on the floor. She picked it up and went to the

food shop. On the way to the food shop, she lost her money.

Then she told her friend she lost her money. Her friend said, “Oh, maybe there is a monster getting your

money.” “I’m very scared,” said Elaine. Next, she went to the classroom again! She really saw a

monster there. The monster said, “Hello! My dear.” Finally, Elaine woke up and shouted, “Oh, I hate

Today was Jane’s birthday, she was happy because she got some presents and a birthday party in the

park.

At night, her mum prepared some food in the park because Jane had her birthday party in the park.

There were many chairs and tables there for playing some games.

Later, Jane’s friends came. They ate some foods, drank some drinks and played some games. At that

time, a monster came.

The monster ate all the foods and drank all the drinks. Jane was unhappy because the monster ate her

birthday cake. But at the same time the monster gave some new foods, drinks and a bigger birthday

cake to her.

Then, the monster put Jane on its body and flew to the sky. In the morning, the monster and Jane came

back to the park. Jane was happy because the monster was an angel.

At night, they went to the angel’s home to play some games, They were happy. Then, I woke up. I think

that was a happy and a good dream.

My Trip to Ping Shan Heritage Trail J.5D Lee Ho Yan, Nicole

Last Thursday was our class picnic. We met at school at half past eight. We got there by coach.

First, we went to Pak Kau College. People gave us a file. In the file, there are pens and worksheets., etc.

Then, we went to the Ping Shan Heritage Trail. First I was the Old Well. This place was built hundred

years ago. I took a lot of photos.

And then, we went sight-seeing in the Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda. We made a wish in Tsui Sing Lau. I like this

place very much.

After that, we went to Yeung Hau Temple. We prayed in the temple. There were three gods. We ate

some food outside the temple.

At last, I was happy in this trip. I like Ping Shan Heritage Trail very much.

My Trip to Ping Shan Heritage Trail J.5D Lau Ching Yee, Yvonne

Today I went to Ping Shan Heritage Trail. First, my big brother took me to the school to meet my

classmates. After I met the people, we got on the coach to Pak Kau College to meet our guides. They

told us what places we would see and gave us some worksheets in a file.

Then, we walked to the first place, Hung Shing Temple. We took many photos. Next, we went to many

different places. I felt very hot and hungry because I did not eat my breakfast! We wrote many things

about the places. After that, we walked to the Tsui Shing Road to go to the Tsui Sing Lao Pagoda. There

was a river near the road. It was very beautiful. Finally, we arrived at the Tsui Sing Lao Pagoda. We

walked around the pagoda three times to make a wish. I believe the wish will come true.

At last, we got on the coach again. After we returned to school, we went home. I felt excited and happy

about this trip. I hope I can visit Ping Shan Heritage Trail again.

My Trip to Ping Shan Heritage Trail J.5D Katie

First, we met in the classroom at 8:30 am. Later, the coach came, we were very excited! There were

some people helped us to know more about the Ping Shan Heritage Trail. Then, we started our “picnic”.

First, we went to the Hung Shing Temple, we took many photos from there, it was fun. And then, we

went to the Ching Shu Hin, it was a place for people to sleep and play. Later, we went to the Kun Ting

Study Hall. People studied and read there. Next, we went to the Tang Ancestral Hall, there is a place to

respect the Tang Ancestors. Then, we went to the old well. This was the place I wanted to go. Oh! Inside

the old well there was a fish. We went to the Yau Chu Temple, too. It was so bored.

At last, we went to Tsui Sing Pagoda, we can make a wish.

I like this trip!

My Secret Pet J.6A Horace Wu

My secret pet’s name is Beeple-enterfly. He has many special body parts. He has a human’s head for

thinking, a pair of butterfly’s wings for flying to a near place, a pair of eagle wings for flying to a far

place, a bee’s body and a sting and a pair of pig’s hands. His height is about half of a human. He will not

often use the eagle’s wing because if it opens the wings, it creates strong gale which will knock people

over.

I have to take care of Beeple-enterfly. First, I need to brush his teeth and wash his face. Then, I have

to ‘fly’ him in the park. In the afternoon, I need to feed him with fish, rice or worms. I put him in the

bathroom, or when I go out, I put him in my pocket.

Beeple-enterfly is very clever. Sometimes, he teaches me to do my homework. If the people hurt me,

he will attack them. When I go swimming, he is very unhappy, because he can’t swim. Last time, he

wanted to try to swim, but he nearly drowned. Luckily, there was a man who came to get him of the

sea.

Beeple-enterfly is very special to me because all of my friends, my family also accept him and love him.

My Secret pet’s name is Eagle Litlefish. He has many interesting body parts. He has a clever lion’s head

so he can teach me how to catch other animals. He has a long smooth fish’s tail so he can swim fast. He

has a strong turtle’s body so I can ride on it. He also has eagle’s wings. They are beautiful. He can fly

to all places. He has human’s hands so he can help me to do the homework.

I have to take care of Eagle Litlefish. First I brush his hair and his body. Then I take him to the sea and

let him swim freely. After that, I wash his body carefully.

Eagle Litlefish is very clever. He can play roller skating and talk with all animals. He can talk to me, too!

Eagle Litlefish is very special to me because all of my friends, my family also accept him as a friend.

My secret pet’s name is Bearboy. He has many special features. He has a smooth fish’s tail so that it can

swim very fast. He is good at hearing because he has rabbit’s long ears. He loves his beautiful, yellow

wings because he can fly. He has a long, thin giraffe’s neck so he can eat tree leaves. His beak is used

for catching things and eating food. He has strong polar bear’s leg so that he can walk on the ice. His

panda’s body is very useful because he can keep warm in the cool weather. I have to take care of

Bearboy everyday. First I eat my brakfast with him. In the afternoon, we go to Yuen Long Park together.

We play games and run on the grass. Then we go home and take a bath. After that we have dinner

together. Bearboy is very clever. He can take a bath himself. He can fly in the sky, swim in the sea and

walk on the ice. He can see in the dark, too. He can eat the leaves of the tall trees with his long neck.

Bearboy is very special to me because he is my best friends.

An unforgettable experience J.6B Jasmine Chong

I had an unforgettable experience in primary four. I joined a ballet competition one Saturday. Although

I have danced on the stage for five times, I was very excited that I nearly fell down on the stage. I felt

very embarrassing . Luckily my partners helped me. When I met my family after the competition, they

did not notice that I nearly fell down. I was very happy because my performance was pretty good. I

promised to be careful next time when I am on the stage.

Last Tuesday, I quarreled with my younger brother, Owen. Our maid cooked us some pancakes fro tea.

I would like to put some sugar on my pancakes and Owen wanted to have sugar, too. But there was only

enough sugar for one person. As I was the first one to see the sugar, I quickly took the sugar but my

brother saw it and shouted, “I want the sugar, too. Therefore, I gave him one spoonful of sugar and

pour the rest on my pancakes. Owen was very angry that he shouted and hit the table loudly. I was so

frightened that I almost swallowed my folk. I told him to stop. Then he yelled to me, “Why did I only get

one spoonful of sugar?”, I became very angry and the quarrel began. At the same time, our cat jumped

on the table and ate all the pancakes. Owen cried and I scared the cat away. Later, I felt sorry for Owen

then I apologized to him.

My secret pet’s name is Finabicock. He has many special features. He has a long thin snake’s body so

that he can move his body flexibly. His fish’s tail helps him swim faster. He can attack other animals as

he has a big and scary peacock’s back. He also has a pair of long ostrich’s legs so that he can walk fast.

His long giraffe’s neck helps him eat leaves on the trees. He can listen sounds that are far away because

he has a pair of big and long rabbit’s ears. He also has a big pig’s nose for smelling things that are far

away. He can catch preys as he has a sharp bird’s beak. His cat’s eyes help him look clearly in the dark.

I have to take care of Finabicock. First, I brush his wings and hair everyday. I also take a bath with him

every week. Also, I clean his ears twice a day. If he is hungry, I feed him with some apples, fish and rats.

If he is thirsty, I give him some apple juice. Finabicock is very clever. He can fly for 20,000 miles per

hour and swim 100 miles per minute. If he is bored, I play with him in the park. We play ball games.

Sometimes, I sit on his back and he flies in the sky or swim in the sea. Finabicock is very special to me

because he is my best friend. No one can replace him.

My Secret Pet J.6C Lun Tsz Ching, Christine

My secret pet’s name is Rabpigkan. He has many special features. He has two rabbit’s long ears so that

he is very good for listening sounds that are far away. He likes his angle’s big and beautiful wings

because it can help him fly high in the sky. He also has kangaroo’s furry body and long and powerful

legs to keep warm and to jump far. He has squirrel’s eyes, claws and tails, which mean it can look far,

hold food tightly and balance well.

I have to take care of Rabpigkan. First, we always have a walk in the morning. Then, we go to Kowloon

Park to have running races and to eat something. He likes eating biscuits, vegetables and grass. Finally,

we go back home and go to bed. Rabpigkan sleeps near my home.

Rabpigkan is very clever. If I am sad, he stands upright to make me laugh. If I want to have a picnic,

I can ride on him, and he flies very fast and jumps very fast to take me to the places that I want to go.

Rabpigkan is very special to me because he is cute and he is my best friend.
