Dear Friends, Welcome to the Chinese Real Estate Association of America's 2019 Installation Gala. For more than 40 years, CREAA has been a leader in the Bay Area’s Chinese business community, working to support homeownership opportunities, contributing to nonprofit organizations, and promoting a high standard of ethics for the real estate profession.

As you know, housing issues are at the forefront of our region’s civic discourse. As the Chair of the California State Legislature’s Bay Area Caucus, my colleagues and I are committed to working with organizations like yours to develop affordable housing options for individuals and families in the Bay Area.

Since 1977, the Chinese Real Estate Association of America has been a strong voice for the real estate professionals it represents. Its members hold themselves to a high standard of conduct, ethics, and professionalism, and they serve their communities honorably. I would like to thank the outgoing board of directors for their service and congratulate the incoming board on the occasion of your installation.
