We thank Our Creator for allowing us the opportunity to “Let Our Little Light

Shine.” We are only guardians of the talent that has been so graciously loaned.

We also take this time to publicly thank our families, friends and fans who just

“Keep On Keeping On” with their love, support, prayers and encouragement.

We are grateful to the DJs of KPFT, KCOH, KPVU, KTRU and KTSU who play our

kind of Blues even though they only have “bootleg” material on us.

Thanks so much to Houston PBS Channel 8 for allowing people to “Put a face

with the music.”

Many thanks to the club owners, festival organizers, gala coordinators, private

party planners and restaurant owners who had the “GRIT” to hire a band lead by

a woman. Much love and thanks to my band members Jonn, Lownote and

Vernon. Our time together feels warm, like a comfortable blanket on a chilly night.

We would like to thank Mr. Sam Pink and the Red Cat Jazz family in Houston,

Texas. You were inspired enough to capture us live at your club. We are grateful.

Special thanks to Mr. Bob Margolin for being the kind of person who graciously

shares his stage and is more than willing to showcase new talent. I spell your

name “FRIEND.”

To Mr. I. J. Gosey, our mentor, thanks for keeping us straight.

To the memory and legacy of my parents, Ben and Mary Ella Greenleaf. They

always told me that I could sing and they never restricted me to or from any type

of music.

Thank you Mama and Daddy. Your love still pushes me through the rough times.

You Folks should Have Heard Them Sing!!!
