About Cadejo Brewing Company

● Started producing craft beer two years ago

● Craft beer is a new concept in El Salvador

● Focuses on quality and variety

Step 1

● Malted Barley and other grains are crushed in a mill

● They are crushed to help extract sugar

Step 2

● Crushed grains fall into mash tun● Boiling water extracts the sugars● Mix with grains is separated with lauter

Step 3

● Mix is moved to brew kettles

● Sugar levels are measured

● Yeast and hops are added to the boiling water

● Hops are removed
