 Edging:With RS acing, join C in centerst o back panel, sc in each st around topopening; sl st in beg sc to join. Next rnd: Ch 18, sc in frst sc and each sc to base o ch, sc in each ch, sl st in next sc at base o 

ch. Fasten o. Sew large toggle button tocenter ront, in line with loop on back topedge. Whipstitch straps to back edge. Sewsmall toggle buttons to back on Row 37(where color A changes to C), in line withstrap buttonholes. Weave in loose ends. •
