Data Collection, Analysis and Evaluation

In addition to filling out the CQI User Evaluation Survey, online data may be captured to

measure movement in awareness, and movement from levels of interest to awareness to inquiry

as a result of the online informational pathway created. You may work with your Information

Technology Department to see if you already have GoogleAnalytics, or some other sort of

metric tracking system. Metric tracking methods could include:

● Number of hits

● Duration of hits

● Number of “likes”

● Number of hits on “learn more” links

● Requests for follow up information

To illustrate, a web page similar to the example screenshot below could be developed and data

tracked on subsequent “Learn More” clicks to indicate an increase in interest:

Following are helpful handouts you may use for these strategies.

School Nurses must renew their educator license and their national certification every 5

years, regardless if they have their Master's degree. In order for School Nurses to

obtain a professional educator license, they must either have their Master's degree or

National Certification. School Nurses can obtain the initial educator license and waive

these requirements once, so that they have 10 years to either get the Master's or the

National Certification. (Click on both links above to review details).
