Lifetime Structural WarrantyThe manufacturer warrants its product from structural defects, de-lamination, cracking, warping, twisting or any other forms of structural deformation at the time of supply.

To ensure this warranty applies, installation instructions must be adhered to. Please ask your retailer for these guidelines. Exposure to excessive moisture

within the board and will not be covered by this warranty.

Care should be taken to maintain even indoor humidity and temperature with good ventilation. Excessive heat, dryness or exposure to direct sunlight will cause damage to the goods and is considered negligence and is not covered by this warranty.

20 Year Limited Surface WarrantyFrom the date of purchase, the manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser only, that under normal domestic conditions of use, the surface will not wear through during the period warranted.

With proper maintenance, the goods will perform under normal household conditions. Scratches, dents, reduction of gloss (appearance reduction), damage caused by negligence, urine, animals or high heeled shoes ar e not considered as a defect and therefore not covered by this warranty.

Cold Pressed Cold pressed treatment allows for consistency in density, colour, moisture content and visual uniformity.

Brushed To create a rustic look, CQ Bamboo Flooring has been brushed with a wire brush to give a textured surface.

Strand Woven Strand woven bamboo flooring is simply a more durable bamboo flooring because of the cross-hatched strands holding the material together.

Scratch Resistant Coating System

Bamboo is harder than most Australian Hardwood timbers and with a Scratch Resistant Coating System will resist scratches and stains to protect it from everyday wear.

Boards can be utilised for vertical wall applications as well as traditional horizontal use on floors, much like wood boards.

Low Maintenance Easy to clean with a vacuum and marks can be removed with a soft damp cloth.
