Date/Time: TBD (course to be scheduled at the company or student request) Hours: 8 Hours (two 4 hour sessions), can be split over 2 days CPM 101 Manual: Provided with class exercises Laptop: Provided with the P6 Pro Software Cost: $375.00 per student (minimum 4 students); group rates are also available This course is designed for the novice or beginner scheduler that is new to Project Management and CPM Scheduling. The course will cover the “core basics” of CPM Scheduling that every scheduler needs to understand. Each student will be provided a CPM 101 Training Manual and laptop with the P6 Pro software. This class is split into two 4 hour sessions. The first session is lecture style with class exercises to emphasize and reinforce CPM concepts & fundamentals that every scheduler needs to understand. The second session is an introduction to the P6 Pro software and emphasizes general navigation in P6 Pro, layouts & filters, formatting data, and printing. The afternoon session will give the student and understanding on how to navigate in P6 Pro and perform basic functions & navigation.
