    CPL CONCORDIA operates in the whole world of energy: energy

    management, sale and distribution of methane gas and GPL, e-services,

    information technology, building automation, construction and

    maintenance of networks for electrical energy, water and gas. The initials

    CPL mean Cooperativa di Produzione Lavoro [Cooperative of Work

    Production]. CPL was formed in Concordia, in provincia di Modena, in

    1899 with the objective of guaranteeing work to a group of labourers

    and it grew progressively right up until the present arrangement.

    Today CPL Concordia is a Group composed of 27 companies (betweencontrolled companies and associatedcompanies) and operates in Italy,

    Spain, Greece, Romania and Croatia, Tunisia, Algeria and Argentine.

    GAS DECOMPRESSION STATION DESIGN

    Specifications of the system and calculation of all the

    equipment (speed, enthalpy, pressure drop in the pipelines

    and equipment, and noise level) and the structures containing

    them.

    Drawing up the straight line flowchart according to the

    assembly order and the equipment key. Executing the piping and installation prefabrication drawings.

    BUILDINGS FOR HOUSING THE EQUIPMENT

    Execution and preparation of a graphic drawing of the building

    concession.

    Examination of the plan. This consists of a descriptive report

    and graphic drawings of the area, building, heating plant,

    equipment, electrical system, and lightning conductors.

    Preparation of the testing documentation and the

    documentation for obtaining the Fire Prevention Certificate.

    Request for examination of the plan of the heating plant

    preheating system, with a report containing calculations with

    a functional diagram. Planning electrical systems in zones where there is a danger

    of explosion, and preparation of procedures.

    Specifications and homologation of vessels requiring

    the stamp.

    Designing skids for injection systems in accordance with

    the destination countrys standards.

    Execution of the procedures necessary for obtaining authorization

    consumption: special power supply units for industrial use or

    meltable magnesium anodes.

    reduction lines, including maintenance of the equipment

    Maintenance and cleaning of the preheating system or thecorresponding thermoregulation sensors.

    Initial field inspections of the measurement chain

    and subsequent calibrations carried out according to the

    requirements of the Metric Bureau.

    SEARCH FOR GAS AND WATER LEAKS

    Systematic search for leaks in underground gas networks

    with devices having a sensitivity of one part per million

    of hydrocarbons in the air.

    Check of the water network leaks by means of a sound

    wave correlator or a geophone able to detect filtered noise

    and vibrations at the sites of the leaks.

    A check to ensure that the cathode protection system is in

    good working order by means of continuous recordingsand readings that monitor the immunity threshold of

    the protected system.

    Locating the sites of current loss or contacts with

    other structures to limit the active current and guarantee

    the optimization of the cathode protection system.

    GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY ANALYSES

    Measurement and certification of the calorific value of the

    methane gas supplied.

    Verification and certification of the odorization rate.
