CP3 Fuel Injection PumpsFlight Diesel is offering remanufactured Common Rail Pumps (CP3) for GM® Duramax 6.6 Liter engines used in Chevrolet® and GMC® diesel vehicles. These precision high-pressure pumps are fully remanufactured to tight tolerances. Listed below are just some of the features and benefits when choosing a Flight Diesel branded Common Rail Pump.

• Main Drive Shaft - Any grooves in excess of .0025 in the lip seal area will prompt us to chrome harden the entire surface. This will actually make our new shaft with a surface area much harder than the original design

• Suction Valves - We incorporate a re-work process that will insure a proper mating contact between the valves and seating area

• Gear Pump - We will replace at 100% the mating surface opposite the gears showing any signs of wear.

• Fuel Control Actuator - Each pump receives a remanufactured fuel control actuator that has undergone complete disassembly and any connector damage repaired
