COWFISH CATERINGThank you very much for considering us for your event. We take a great deal of pride in making sure that your event is superb. As you are looking through this guide if you don’t see something you want, just ask. We can customize any package to meet your needs. You and your guests will have a wonderful time enjoying great house made food, drinking carefully prepared libations and being served by happy energetic people.

FOR OFFSITE ARRANGEMENTSWe can provide everything you need for your event. Staff, plates, glassware linens, ice, kid’s bouncers, tents, dance floors, tables, chairs, bands, etc. We will set up and break down the food and service area as part of the package. We will provide servers upon request for a small service fee. If required we can also provide a chef(s). Look at us like your personal party planner. Please let us know of any requests. We strive to make every event as special as we can for our guests.

OFF PREMISE EVENTSWhen catering off-premise, there might be certain unforeseen conditions that exist on the property where the event is being held. These conditions might require additional equipment, personnel, fixtures, and tents etc. that were not part of this agreement. Cowfish reserves the right to charge additional fees if such condition exists. The parties understand this and agree that additional charges may be due. If such charges are due, then it is agreed that any additional charges shall be paid on the date of the event, in full.

EVENT CAPTAIN Depending on the complexity or number of guests in your party, you will be assigned a Captain to oversee your event from beginning to end. In this event, a captain’s fee will be applied to the pricing of your event.

RAIN DATEUnless specifically negotiated and provided for in the contract no rain date has been provided. We highly recom-mend tent rentals for all of our events for sun, heat and rain protection. We advise tent rental at the time of con-tract signing as tent rental equipment is by third party providers and may not be available with short notice.

ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITYThe host takes on full responsibility for the behavior of its invited guests and the guests’ guests. If a bever-age service option has been selected as part of this event package, Cowfish will not permit its bar staff to serve “shots” of any kind during the event to the Host’s guests. Cowfish will act in a responsible manner and not serve anyone that shows signs of intoxication. Your guest’s safety is one of our highest priorities. EXCLUSIVITYWhen catering at Cowfish, there is no guarantee by agent that the facility, bars, dining rooms, restrooms, parking lot, or any other area/section will be closed to the public unless otherwise specifically stated in this contract and appropriate fees are paid for such exclusivity, if relevant.

MENU & GUEST GUARANTEESPrix Fixe menus are available for luncheons and dinners. Soda’s, tea, and coffee are included in food packages. We require your pre-selected menu, as well as the final guest count, 3 working days prior to your event. Within 3 days of the event we can accept increases in the number expected; however, with decreases in guest counts we must charge the guaranteed number of guests. We will be prepared to serve 5% in excess of the guaranteed number of guests. At the time of the contract, a credit card number will be required to secure the booking. Events over $5,000 also require a 25% deposit to reserve the date.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONSAll events need to be paid in full at the end of the event. A booking regarded as tentative or pending may be canceled in place of a confirmed event unless a credit card or reservation deposit is received. We accept all major credit cards. A 72 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled event is required or half the event price will be charged. We look forward to making your event a memorable one.Thank You, Chef David
