Resident Kirk Haas asked about the variance process for Covid rules locally. County Attorney Eric Boyer reviewed the process and reasoning for the process. The Assessor’s report was accepted from Coun- ty Assessor Debbi Surratt. Commissioner Walter moved to accept the Assessor’s report, seconded and passed. Public comment continued with Kirk Haas re- garding Covid variances. Jill O’Bryan spoke on the same topic. The County Clerk presented Resolution 2020- 05A a Resolution establishing the election districts for the 2020 election. Commissioner Cox moved to approve Resolution 2020-05A which continues the same elections districts for the 2020 election, sec- onded and passed. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 am. The Emergency Manager and Fire Warden’s reports was accepted from Emergency Manager Shelly Kirchhefer and Fire Warden Bill Law. Com-missioner Walter moved to accept the Fire Warden’s report, seconded and passed. Commissioner Walter moved to accept the Emergency Manager report. The Chairman thanked Emergency Manager Shelly Kirchhefer for going beyond what is expected in emergencies.

Public comment was allowed. Resident Kirk Haas asked about the variance process for Covid rules locally. County Attorney Eric Boyer reviewed the process and reasoning for the process.

The Assessor’s report was accepted from Coun-ty Assessor Debbi Surratt. Commissioner Walter moved to accept the Assessor’s report, seconded and passed.

Public comment continued with Kirk Haas re-garding Covid variances. Jill O’Bryan spoke on the same topic.

The County Clerk presented Resolution 2020-05A a Resolution establishing the election districts for the 2020 election. Commissioner Cox moved to approve Resolution 2020-05A which continues the

same elections districts for the 2020 election, sec-onded and passed.
