More than 25 years of intense experience conforming to the paint and coating requirements of Military, Aerospace, Alternative energy, and Heavy equipment industries.
Team oriented, developed the training program and authored the training material and training matrix for paint and coating personnel.
Developed the training program and authored the training material and training matrix for the pre-paint preparation, such as, the abrasive blast cleaning operation personnel.
Attained the distinction of becoming the second supplier for Caterpillar to complete all sections of their “Paint train the trainer program” allowing me to certify paint coating systems, and train and certify production painters for Caterpillar and their suppliers worldwide.
Initiated the documentation and training necessary to raise inspection scores across the board for our various and diverse customer base by an average of more than 30%, thus allowing my current employer to quote more jobs and leading to improved cash flow and profitability.
