I am a twenty-year-old student in my 2nd year at Facultatea de Automatica si Calculatoare, Politehnica Bucuresti, one of the most highly ranked faculty in the country, studying for a degree in Science.

I am very friendly, organised, enthusiastic person and work well under pressure. I am considered to be easily adaptable and reliable. I also enjoy meeting new people. My analytical ability and teamwork skills could contribute much to the development process in your company. I have used these skills successfully in my studies and achieved extraordinary achievements in various aspects of engineering disciplines. I would not object to a full-time position, either, since my schedule for this academic year allows me to hold one.

My main programming languages are C, C++, Java and UNIX Shell. My solid programming fundamentals and learning abilities enable me to grasp new programming languages and environments very quickly.

What will you work for? (status, power, financial compensation)

I am currently in my 2nd year of study and I am not fully aware of the opportunities I will have in the future and I consider myself to be at the very beginning of the career ladder. For now, I only know that I want to become a back-end developer, but I have some years left to discover which programming language best fits me. Of course I want to learn different programming languages, but I want to achieve professional performance in one or two of them. Financial compensation will probably be a part of the job which I will take into consideration because I want to feel my work and efforts appreciated.

Do you see your work as a job, career or vocation?

I see my work as a career, but I am taking into consideration the possibility to work as a freelancer. I do not know at this moment what suits me best, but working in a company allows you to enrich your knowledge faster and the learning process is based on a lot of practical work.

When will you consider yourself a succesful professional? What role will communication play in your future work?

I will probably consider myself a succesful professional the moment when I will be completely satisfied with the financial compensation and be an important part of the company.
