Bigger Than You Could Imagine

We are so glad you are here today – this is a church that is on the move with Jesus! God is doing bigger things than we could even imagine, and we get to experience it all! We are following God and having fun! You can get more information about our church at www.covenantgrove.org, God bless you!

Our Life Groups are serving! Our Men’s Group is serving single women who need help around the house, and Axis has collected hygiene products to send to the homeless.

Connecting is so important; it is the way we are meant to follow Jesus. That is why we say, “Join a group or die!” Life Groups are a time each week to connect with other adults, study the Bible, serve together, and pray for each other. Plus we have a lot of fun, too!

We have a bunch of different groups – meeting at different times, studying different topics, and serving in different ways. You can check out the list of groups on the Resource Table or online. Email the church for information ([email protected]). And jump in!

We meet at The Bridge (2201 Morrill Rd. in Riverbank) - Tuesdays @7 pm.

We are moving right along in our relationship series. We are blown away with what people are taking away from it and pray for Christ centered relationships!

This Tuesday we continue our study of Dating with Boundaries. Come join the dialogue on how we can strengthen our other relationships when we strengthen the relationship that is most important, with God!

We Are the Church

The Lord is doing more than we could have imagined! We have raised $166,500 so far – which is even more than our goal! We are continuing to bring in money as we dream bigger for the plans God has for us. If you want to give to the Property Fund, you can still do that. And be ready to do some work when we get the keys in July!!

Women’s Retreat

Ladies, it’s that time of year where we begin preparing for the PSWC women’s retreat on September 18-20 at Mission Springs. This is a great time of encouragement, fellowship, fun and time with GOD that you really don’t want to miss! Register online at: www.regonline.com/womensretreat2015. Early registration ends June 30.

Marriage Conference

It won’t take long for you to be disappointed in marriage. The reality is that you can’t escape the brokenness of this world. The Bible teaches that we all bring something destructive into our relationships – sin. Author and speaker Paul David Tripp teaches on a much deeper war over the worship of our heart. This Marriage Conference will be held at Big Valley Grace on June 26-27 (Friday evening and Saturday morning). Cost is $15, and you can register at http://bigvalleygrace.org/event/married-life-what-did-you-expect/

Save the Date... We will have a HUGE pool party on August 22nd at 10am at Brenda Athletic Club in Modesto. This event is for ALL our families and volunteers in Kids Ministry. We are asking for donations to help with the cost of bounce house rental, pool use, and snacks- $5 per person, max of $20 per family. Get your family signed up ASAP!

.

THE NEST: (Ages 0-4)

We have a great program for our littlest ones. Follow the signs across the quad to room 36. Your child will be welcomed into a fun and caring learning environment. The Nest is open 10 minutes before church for children’s check in. (Parents, you are always welcome to use the Nest to change a dirty diaper and feed a hungry baby)

ACORNS and BRANCHES:

(PreK-2ndGrade) (3rd - 5th Grade)

After you check in and get your nametag at the Kids Ministry table, come on in with your family to worship together. Then you will get to head out to our age-based Children’s Church. Your parents can pick you up after church: Acorns room 34, Branches room 35.

Kids will only be released to parents or older siblings.
