MEAL PERIODS
Breaks and meals are served for one and a half hours maximum to ensure
quality of the food and beverage items provided.
PAYMENTS
Final payments by cash, personal check, or bank check must be made 7
days in advance of all social functions. Corporate functions require a
credit card authorization at the time of booking. All food, liquor, room
rental fees, and rentals are subject to MA & local meals tax and 20% house
fee*. Final payment due upon end of function.
GUARANTEES
A final guarantee for the exact number is required 7 business days prior
to the event.
PRICE CHANGES
All prices quoted subject to change without notice.
LIQUOR SERVICE
You are required to be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages in the State of
Massachusetts.Management reserves the right to restrict or end liquor
service without warning due to visible intoxication or conduct. A $100
liquor service fee is charged for functions under 75 people requesting a
bartender in a private function room.
MISCELLANEOUS
No food or beverage from the event are allowed to leave the premise. The
hotel will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles including wedding
envelopes and gifts. The Courtyard Marriott is a non smoking
establishing (including e-cigarettes). For safety reasons, open flame
centerpieces are not allowed. *The House Fee is taxable and utilized by
the hotel to cover operating expenses related to your function and does
not represent a tip or service charge for employees.
