StoryboardRegistrar
Registrar Office upload course catalog to the portal before the registration period.
Students cannot access the information that time.
An automatic notification is sent to the University President, Dept Heads and
Professors.
All check the course content and request for any amendment or some
comments
Once the registration period is over , system denies any registration.
For each course offering, the system closes all course offerings. If the course
offerings do not have at least four students at this point, then system
automatically cancels the course offering and also notifies the concerned
Professor .
System compiles the final report and registrar office verifies the report.
Once confirmed by Registrar, the system automatically notifies Professors and
Students.
The system calculates the tuition owed by each student for his current semester
schedule and sends a transaction to billing section.
The billing section sends the bill to the students, which include a copy of their
final course registration confirmation.

Discussions By using the work models, we could clearly identify the process of
registration system in the university.
The flow model had been a great impact to understand the wholeregistration process and helped us design the system more efficiently.
When consolidating the work models, we could identify some weakness
and tried to develop the work models to be better.
An important advantage of the technique was that the interviewer
required only minimal training and no prior practical experience in CI
The acquisition and analysis of data was time consuming . It requires
multiple individuals working as team to generate raw data and then for
analysis.
Customer tends to generalize things and often cannot explain them out of
context.
Additional work is needed to model the remaining data, and to perform
CIs with other models in order to develop consolidated models that
express general emergent themes
