What is a CNAP?• It is a plan as well as a process• Guides USDA Food and Nutrition Service
(FNS) partners in working toward nutrition-related goals
• Maximizes the FNS food programs benefits to low income population (185% FPL or below)
• Addresses specific, unique challenges in your county
• A chance to network with partners, strategize efforts, and optimize resources
