ACUSTEK SURVEILLANCE AUDIO RECORDING AND TRANSMISSION
DESIGNED to enable specialists to covertly gain access by drilling through a wall to a target room, or building in order to obtain vital audio or visual intelligence before a rapid interven-tion.
The ACU-LND Low Noise Drilling system is a small unique drill assembly.
It features a set of the newest developments in the industry, including a new integral rechargeable battery pack, easy to use control panel and a remote hand speed controller.
It also has powerful motor and gearbox which combine to produce a high torque to the drill head and produce 70 rpm, which is double that of any other drill of comparable size.
The drill is also provided with a handheld through wall obstruction detector used at the out-set, which is used to locate any obstacles that could be encountered by the drill and compro-mise the operation or the safety of the operators. It can detect wall studs, metal or any fit-tings such as electricity, water or gas pipes or cables, and is an essential aid for the Health & Safety of all operatives prior to the commencement of covert drilling operations.

ACU-LND Low Noise Drill Kit
The gathering of video and audio intelligence during a long and protracted Hostage Siege is essential in providing the operational commander with the most effective solution to the clear identification of certain salient activities from within the stronghold in aiding his decision making.
The drill from the outset had to be highly portable on site and also in its conveyance to the scene.
Various drill sizes are supplied with the full ACU-LND kit so that larger holes narrow down to the smallest, to absorb a final “break through” drill of 1mm, so optical and audio probes can be inserted. (See image for iden-tification of the drills).
