“Brentwood School has been an important and accountable partner. Since we signed the first covenant with them in 1992, we have worked together to help make our community a better place.”

Rob Rene, Past President, BrentwoodHomeownersAssociation (BHA)

“T he BHA and the school are parties to a covenant signed in 2014 in which, in consideration of the traffic mitigation provisions in the covenant, BHA agrees to support the approval and implementation of the school’s Master Plan for the East Campus and the school’s applications for a CUP. That covenant replaced a 20-year covenant that had a 2012 expiration date. Since the covenant, we raised two additional items of concern. I want to commend the school on its willingness to deal reasonably and responsibly to those two items. “

Ray Klein, President, Brentwood Homeowners Association (BHA)

“The school worked diligently with RNBS, the neighbors, and BHA to address all the issues and concerns that were raised, and they continue to inform our board of their progress with traffic mitigations, including helping reduce traffic on the Sunset Corridor by working with Paul Revere Middle School and others to put shared busing in place.”

Cindy McKenzie, President, Residential Neighbors of Brentwood School (RNBS)
