It will be one of two collections for 2019, with the second collection scheduled for October. A letter with more information is being sent shortly to residents currently receiving a waste collection service. Recycling Workshops - What Goes Into What Bin! The project included: • a reinforced structural design to resist substantial wind loading at Ledge Point • construction of Colorbond roof sheeting, H3 treated timber truss, hot dipped galvanised steel columns and reinforced concrete footings, and LED sensory lighting • installation of two BBQs Midwest Builders were awarded the contract and took four months to complete the work at a cost of $46,446 which was covered by our insurers. Thanks to our community for your patience while the project was under way. Projects UpdateSt John Ambulance Centre Woodridge Under Construction

Construction of the new Woodridge St John Ambulance Sub-Branch Facility is well under way. The Shire of Gingin has contributed $75,000 towards the new build which will include a training hall, showers and toilets, volunteer rest room, lockers, front desk, and roomy garages for the vans.

The $75k contribution has been made up of $25,000 toward earthworks and $50,000 toward construction. The Shire, along with Bendigo Bank, is proud to be supporting this project.

Nice work! The gazebo at Key Biscayne Park in Ledge Point – which was damaged in a storm last winter – has finally been rebuilt and is now open for the public to enjoy. The project included:
