Illinois Register Department of Public Health Title 77 Immunization Code 695 requires Tetanus Diphtheria

TD within the past 10 years is required TDaP now available as a booster vaccine

Measles Mumps Rubella A series of 2 is required if born after 1956

SIUE recommends all students consider Meningitis (1 shot) Hepatitis A (series of 2 shots) Hepatitis B (series of 3 shots)
