We ministered in one of the most needy and crime ridden areasof San Jose to minister to children in a very economicallychallenged school and community.(not even the Mormons or J.Ws will enter here.) 21. We happened upon a ladywhos family died in theearthquake, theyreburied under the rubbleto the right.The group showedGODs love by giving alove offering, prayingwith her, sharing theGospel, and leavingher and hergranddaughter withgifts.Her heart was touchedand she began to cry.A farm along with other building at thebottom of the hole 42. Sharing the Gospel with farmers family 43. The short term team was from HagerstownBible Church (HBC). The farm familytrusted in Christ. HBC boughtand delivered 4 cows to thedevastated farm family. The farm family had noEvangelical church to attend.So CiM brought HBC leaders and pastorDale Carver together with anotherchurch CiM helped build. The latter will traina pastor for the new church. HBC isproviding funds for building. 44. So CiM brought HBC leaders togetheranother Costa Rican church CiM helped build.A three way partnership between CiMwill provide teams to help build a churchphysical labor and evangelism. HBC willfund the materials. The Costa Rican churchhelped with the concretefloor will train and senda pastor to the newly built Church.This is CiMs heart. 45. CiM facilitates short term mission trips.We bring American churches togetherwith foreign churches.
