When you find a suitable property that ticks all of the boxes in your budgetand you wish to proceed further, then we will guide and advise you of the correct and legal way to proceed. With both new or re-sale homes the reservation process is similar, we draw up the basic reservation paperwork clearly showing the agreed buying price, taxes and running costs.

We inform the owner of your intention to proceed and a minimum depositof 5,000€ is needed to secure the reservation and remove the property from the market. Deposits can be made by credit or debit card or by bank transfer but must be received in Spain before the Solicitor can draw up any contract.

Solicitors are strictly governed by Spanish Law to act in your best interestat all times and will ensure a totally trouble free purchase to get your deeds.
