COST SAVINGS

Place – Your employees place repairable items in a tote or Fast Solutions locker. Multiple locations can be created to save steps by employees.

Pick Up – Fastenal employee picks up repairables on a routine schedule or by appointment and ships to one of our service centers via Fastenal’s transportation system.

Service – Fastenal’s service center executes your service program in accordance with your SOP. Our programs can be tailored to your needs.

Return – Service center ships serviced items back to branch for delivery; Fastenal employee places item back in the dedicated location.

Process:Identify the number and type of units needing inspection, special requirements for working within your facility, and units that may require special equipment to access. Inspectors meet with your team prior to and following inspection and provide a detailed report for your records.

A 2-hour course that covers the basics of daily inspection of lifting and rigging products.

A 4-hour course covering the topics in Level 1 and the fundamentals of lifting and rigging to ensure safe lifts with proper planning.

With a full offering of hose types, end fittings, and diameters, our Hose Fabrication division is ready to produce custom hose assemblies to your exact specifications. That includes kitted hose solutions for OEM production environments as well as replacement kits for preventative maintenance programs. All hoses are cleaned and crimped to the manufacturer’s specifications, with pressure testing available upon request.
