This is an integrated operation system for the operation of user customized multi facilities, which enable all the devices within a building to interwork through the ultra compact wireless communication device and web for WoT (Web of Things). By the light-weight built-in web server or fitting the same to the devices within a building, and by integrating these into a set of network with the IP based wireless communication, information of the devices can be monitored via web. And by the convergence of such information and providing optimized services to the users, a significant amount of the building operation costs and energy costs can be saved. This is the state-of-the-art system applicable to both existing and new buildings.

Smart and convenient living environment can be realized for apartments and individual houses by the integrated control system customized to each user to control TV, audio, air conditioner, heater, curtain and light. With the setting function to various scenarios such as ‘Wake up’, ‘Sleep’, ‘Go out’, ‘Watch film’, ‘Dinner’, you can create the mode of your choice at a single touch. Various auxiliary devices and rehabilitation facilities at welfare centers for the disabled, rehabilitation centers, special schools and assistive technology centers, such as electric bed, ceiling type rail lift, electric sink etc can be controlled fully and easily by the use of smart pad, smart phone, PC or exclusive touch panel.

A show room that interworks with demo equipment of each facility can be constructed to demonstrate the performance of effective auxiliary devices, and the application in real life of the disabled will improve convenience for the disabled whose activities are limited by their disability.

As a part of the public campaign supported by the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, National Information Society Agency and local govern-ment for the provision of auxiliary devices for information and communications for the disabled, the Company has developed, and is manufacturing and distributing a big sized special keyboard with the large sized key buttons. Users suffering hand shaking or upper arm disorders now can obtain informa-tion easily from PC making their life a little easier.

Integrated Automation System for AV Facilities

This is a system facilitating smart pad, smart phone and smart network controller to control target devices via Wi-Fi communication.

The smart network controller has the built-in AP function facilitating the connection directly via Wi-Fi to smart pad or smart phone without the use of additional wireless router or gateway.

The system can work with both Android and iOS based smart pad/phones.

A separate extender may be installed to extend the Wi-Fi range in case the smart pad/phone/network controller is outside the wireless Wi-Fi range.

Multi Extender (WMC300) can be added to extend the scope of control depending on the scope of control and the number of devices to control.

Using the Android/iOS App Program – UX Loader, can produce and implement an UI program that is most suitable for the user’s requirements.

By displaying the operational status of the smart network controller on UI of the smart pad, status of each device can be monitored.

By allocating a fixed IP to the smart network controller, or by connecting to an external AP in case of the DDNS network, a remote control using the smart pad/phone is enabled.

Wi-Fi based Integrated Automation System for AV Facilities

This is a system used to control remote devices via LAN network through the PC based integrated operation program and CMS program.

The PC based integrated operation program is connected to the smart network controller and CMS program is connected to the LAN Multi Converter via network communication.

The smart network controller is connected to Multi Extender via Wi-Fi, LAN, RS485, and Multi Extender then is connected to devices using the wire to

control them in IR, Relay, Serial methods.

The PC based integrated operation program is suitable for the integrated management system at buildings, lecture rooms, corporate training center, resort complex etc for efficient system

management and operation. Since it is produced in the form of customized UI, it enables the administrator to easily and conveniently control and monitor a number of devices.

The CMS program is exclusively made for the integrated operation of enterprise broadcasting system; it is used to control TV and STB of each branch via a network, and monitor the power status

of each device through the LAN multi converter. Since it does not require additional cabling works, but uses a private IP, it can save the system implementation and network maintenance costs.

LAN based Integrated Automation System for AV Facilities

This is a system used to control devices using 3.5” mobile touch panel and 7” built-in type touch panel.

The touch panel and the RF Extender are used to control devices through the RF communication compliant to 2.4GHz (Zigbee) bandwidth.

Comes in two types of controllers to select from; one that IR, Relay or Serial individual controller and the other in rack type integrated controller,

depending on the type of site circumstance and the number of devices to be controlled.

In case the RF communication distance is shortened by obstacles etc, use of a converter facilitating LAN communication or RF repeater can extend the distance.

Using the AV Processor, various functions such as RGB selection, USB selection, audio selection, volume control etc can be enabled.

Using the UIPC Editor Program exclusive for touch panels, an UI program most suitable to the user’s requirements can be created and implemented.

GWC3000 – Multi Smart Network Controller is a multi controller used for individual control of device by converting the control commands sent by the exclusive UI program via TCP/IP network into the commands suitable for control of IR, relay and serial. With the built in AP Module, the UI installed smart pad or smart phone is used to control devices via Wi-Fi without the need of additional network AP. For a number of devices to be controlled, a multi extender may be installed in addition, to enable the network connection between controllers via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

GWC1000 – Gateway Controller is an IR exclusive controller used to control IR devices by transmitting omnidirectional IR control commands through IRED upon receipt of IR control commands via TCP/IP network from the exclusive UI program.GWC Extender is connected with GWC through network, performing the same functions as GWC. In places where control only by GWC is limited, GWC Extender can be installed in addition to extend the IR control range.

The RF signals received from the touch panel are converted as the IR, Relay, Serial control commands so as to control devices.

IRE200A is used to control TV, Blu-ray player, Set-top Box, Air-conditioner etc that can be controlled by IR.

RLE400A is used to control electric screen, projector elevation, sequence power supplier etc that can be controlled by Relay(Dry contact).

RSE500A is used to control projector, matrix switcher, light switch etc that can be controlled by RS232 or RS485 signals.

By selecting an appropriate individual controller, also you can use the customized integrated controller UXR1000 to various site conditions.

UDIO16 - Digital In/Out Controller, a digital controller, is used to save informa-tion upon receipt of digital signals, and perform the Relay control according to such information. LMC200 is an advanced version of LMC150, with an added AC power monitoring function. The wattage of the device connected to the AC detection port of LMC200 is detected to determine the power status of that device. (Detectable up to 2A)

CMS Application Example – Software for PC based AV facilities integrated operation system

By connecting the integrated operation PC to GWC3000 of each group via a network,

the AV facilities of the entire branches (groups) can be controlled from the central PC.

The broadcasting signals of a single STB of each branch (group) are transmitted to a number of TVs. Since it only requires one single

STB per branch, a significant amount of savings can be made on the STB purchase and maintenance costs.

Power of each TV, Volume, Input Selection, Channel Selection for STB, Select and Replay of PC Contents etc are programmable.

Using the AV Processor, you can select and transmit the RGB+Audio signals either from STB or PC.

CMS Application Example – Software for Web based lecture rooms integrated operation system

The integrated operation PC is connected to BX7000LAN of each group via a network, so as to

control video, audio devices of each lecture room from the PC.

With the web based CMS programming, systems can be operated anywhere as long as the Internet

connection is available

Individual control of each lecture room by installing a fixed type 7” touch panel (BX7000LAN)

on the electronic lecture desk in lecture rooms.

Using the AV Processor, you can control volume and select video sources.

With the two way communication, monitoring of projector lamp usage, for example, is

enabled –improving control efficiency and saving maintenance costs.

With the scenario setup function, lecturers are supported with the optimum programs

(such as ‘start of lecture’, ‘end of lecture’ etc).

With the scheduling function, the lecture room environment can be preset for the desired times.

Smart and convenient living environment can be realized for apartments and individual houses by the integrated control system customized to each user to control TV, audio, air conditioner, heater, curtain and light. Convenient and pleasant home entertainment environment can be realized by the integrated home AV automation system that interworks with all AV equipment, light and curtain.With the setting function to various scenarios such as ‘Wake up’, ‘Sleep’, ‘Go out’, ‘Watch film’, ‘Dinner’ etc you can create the mode of your choice at a single touch. Monitoring and control of your home is also enabled remotely using smart pad or smart phone.

The system is largely configured with the User Interface and Controller parts. User Interface can be configured with a 3.5” touch panel (UX3500) that controls individual rooms, and a smart pad that is used for the integration control of the entire household. 7 inch fixed type touch panel (BX700LAN) may also be mounted on the wall like a wall pad.Controller consists of the Smart Network Controller that works as the master controller to control devices within the household in IR, Serial methods through communication with User Interface via Ethernet, Wi-Fi and RF; and Extender or Converter depending on the site conditions. The smart pad can control devices anywhere as long as wireless AP connection is available in the household.PoE can be applied as the power supply to make the wiring work simple and efficient.The UI program for touch panel and smart pad can be customized to the user’s requirements using the exclusive UI software program.
