coating thickness, color,

hardness, sharp edge,

roughness and so on)

Firstly, raw material is procured from the supplier predefined on the bidding phase and it is inspected regarding its origin, allowables, directions(L,

Lt, St), visual. Next CAM operation is performed and a sample is produced by using CNC machine. Then all GD&T requirements is validated with CMM.

If FAI is requested from the client, other requirements such as painting, coating marking, etc. are fulfilled and the sample is shipped to the client.

After that serial production takes place. All the parts are machined and semi finished products are inspected with CMM, gauges, templates and so

on. Such operations like heat treatment, annealing, stress relief is applied during the machining phase according the part requirement. Later on NDT,

sanding, painting, coating, marking, etc. operations are performed. Quality requirements are inspected and reported after each operation.

Wide Range of Surface Treatment Operations

The goal is to further improve the surface of parts after machining to ensure that

they provide optimal protection against corrosion and wear and tear throughout their

life cycle. The treatments undergo stringent quality control after process.01

Coating in Accordance with Military & Commercial Standards

Surface treatment operations are applied to parts with respect to both commercial

and military norms like MIL, AMS, ASTM, Fed and so on.02Quality Control

Quality always comes first with us. We have very sophisticated equipment and an in-

house laboratory. Quality control is more than just part of the process; it guides

everything we do. Quality Management System EN 9100:2018 is the system we

follows during our work.

Surface Treatment Capabilities

Dry / solid film lubricant coating

provides long-term protection,

prevent damaging base metal by

lubrication and sliding surfaces

continuously and also protects from

corrosion at the same time.

Electroless Nickel Plating is based

on coating the metal and composite

surfaces by Nickel-Phosphorus

alloy.

Electrolytic Gold plating; steel,

aluminum and alloys, zinc and

alloys with nickel and alloys can be

made on the hard, wear-resistant

and bright yellow appearance is an

acid-type electroplating

Purpose of this type of coating is

cleaning the surfaces of corrosion

resistant steels, removing the oxide

layer from surface and creating a

film layer which passives the

surface.

Insulating and protective layer

created by phosphate crystals over

the steel surfaces is done via

Phosphate Coating.

Magnesium Chromate Coating

treatment is increasing corrosion

resistance by creating a film layer

over alloy surfaces and increasing

the adhesion ability on the surfaces

to be painted.

Aluminum Chromate Coating

process is creating a thin surface

over aluminum and aluminum alloys

to increase corrosion resistance,

keep electrical conductivity,

increase adhesion over surfaces to

be painted and to add a decorative

look.

Meaning of anodized coating in

word sense is oxidation of

aluminum by using and electrolytic

method. This process is also called

as Anodic Oxidation or Anodization

as well.

Induction hardening is a type of

heat treatment in which metal parts

are heated by electromagnetic

induction and then quenched.

A heat treating process (usually

below 1250F) to remove welding,

cold working or other internal

strains to avoid part movement

during later heat treatment or

machining.

A heat treat process to bring the

microstructure into a condition that

facilitates subsequent processes by

making the part more homogenous

in structure. Usually done on

castings or forgings.

Executive Summary

In today's world, supply chain of giant companies are spreadall over the world. This expansion accelerated the growth ofthese companies and enabled them to take a permanentplace in the market. There are many reasons for their spreadaround the world. We can list the most important of them asfollows; reaching high turnovers by selling in new markets, making use of low labor cost in developing countries andbecoming a globally recognized brand. Thanks to low laborcost and young population, Turkey is one of the mostpromising developing countries and has great potential to bea supplier of giant defense and aviation companies. Likewise, before China produced its own high-tech products, it wasproducing for many technology giants mostly from Americaand Europe. In this context, we have two big goals as PMC.First one is to provide consultancy to our experienced SMEsand allow foreign companies to access huge facilities of ourSMEs in Turkey. The second goal is that by controlling everyproduction stages, we ensures strong quality standards forcustomers while helping SMEs to meet the quality standardsof Europe and US companies.
