• Drink at least 1 l itre of LA CLINICA SPA RADIANCE HERBAL TEA throughout the day• Also drink at least 1 l itre of spring water per day (room temperature or warm)• Skin brush your body each morning, in direction towards heart• Massage your thighs, bottom and belly with in LA CLINICA BODY CONTOUR• CELLULITE GEL and LA CLINICA Wooden Massager• Exercise gently for 20 minutes• Eat fresh vegetables and fruit, preferably raw. Blend or chop into very small pieces• Eat small portions, chewing each piece with consciousness• For dinner, consume a vegetable broth that includes f inely chopped cabbage• Reduce the fat in your diet. Replace with extra virgin olive oil• Eliminate smoking, caf feine, alcohol• Eliminate the following foods and beverages during your detox regime -

An invigorating massage to stimulate a sluggish body. Ideal for cellulite and during a detox or weight loss program.

YOU WILL NEED

1. Detox & Tone Body Cleansing Massage Oil (Code B1S4)

2. Body Contour Cellulite Gel (Code B3CB)

3. Detox & Tone Seaweed Extract Moisture Balm (Code B1S3)

PREPARATIONStep 1. The client should wear disposable underpants or g-string only for this treatment. The client should visit the bathroom before treatment commences.

Step 2. Ask the client to l ie on the massage table, face down. Once doing so, cover him/her with a towel.

TREATMENTStep 3. Pour a small amount of Detox & Tone Body Cleansing Massage Oil (Code B1S4) onto hands and begin massage in leg area. Per form a massage using sof t, f lowing movements, working towards lymph nodes. When you have completed back area, ask client to roll over. Cover eyes. Massage front of body, avoiding face and breast area. Continue applying massage oil as required. A f irmer massage can be per formed using deeper hand pressure in areas of cellulite. Always work towards lymph nodes. The massage can incorporate the therapist’s usual methods of massage, tailored to the client’s specif ic needs.

Step 4. To complete the massage, remove any excess oil with a towel. Apply a generous amount of Body Contour Cellulite Gel (Code B3CB) Then follow with a small amount of Detox & Tone Seaweed Extract Moisture Balm (Code B1S3) on treated areas.

PREPARATION

Step 1. The client should wear disposable underpants or g-string only for this treatment. The client should visit the bathroom before treatment commences.

Step 2. The client l ies on the massage table, face up, remaining so throughout the treatment. Cover the client with a warm towel or blanket from the waist to the shoulders. (Rather than the client having to turn over, the client “rolls” from side to side, when you need to per form massage treatment to upper thighs and buttocks. Calves and thighs are accessed by lif ting the leg from under the knee and placing the foot f lat on the bed, knees remaining upright. This way, minimum disturbance is given to the client.)

TREATMENT

There should be two foil blankets on the bed. Client l ies on top of these.

Step 3. Massage from waist to ankles using Detox & Tone Body Cleansing Massage Oil (Code B1S4). Lightly massage legs, thighs, hips, stomach and buttocks, working towards the lymph nodes. To massage buttocks, ask client to “roll” to the lef t so you can massage right buttock. Then client “rolls” to the right so you can massage lef t buttock. At no stage does the client need to turn over. Massage should last for minimum of 5 minutes. The client may choose to have a 30-minute massage. The therapist would then cost the treatment accordingly.

DO NOT REMOVE MASSAGE OIL at this stage.

Step 4. Exfoliate with Detox & Tone Body Cream Scrub (Code B1S6). Using circular motion, gently massage the cream scrub into legs, thighs, hips, stomach and buttocks. Continue for up to f ive minutes, always working towards the lymph nodes. Remove scrub by wiping of f with moistened hot towels. Alternatively, allow client to shower to remove the scrub. Towel dry skin. Remove and discard f irst foil blanket.

Step 5. Mask Using your hands, apply a generous layer of Detox & Tone Seaweed Extract Body Mask (Code B1S5). Area covered – from ankles up to waist. Wrap masked area with foil blanket or cling wrap. If using cling wrap, star t at lef t ankle working up to top of leg. Then, using a new piece of cling wrap, star t on right ankle, wrap up to top of leg then continue to hips and waist. When applying this cling wrap client may either be standing or sitting up on bed. Moisten your hands with warm water. Take an amount of Coconut Honey Butter Body Scrub (Code BLS) and warm in palms of hands. Ask client to sit up. Using gentle circular motion, star t exfoliating client’s back, and then work up to shoulders. Thoroughly remove with warm, moistened hand towels. If any exfoliating particle remains, use a dry LA CLINICA facial cloth to remove the excess. Simply brush cloth over skin in direction away from client. Once skin on back is dry and clean, apply a generous of Coconut Honey Butter Cream BodyMask (Code BLM). Lie client back down. Step 3. BODY EXFOLIATION

TREATMENTPlace foil blanket on bed. Client l ies on foil blanket, face up.

Step 1. EXFOLIATE Apply a generous amount of 3 Fruit Enzymes 2 in 1 Body Exfoliating Scrub & Mask (Code BEM) onto body. Massage into skin using light pressure. Do not exceed 5 minutes of exfoliation per area. Remove thoroughly with warm, moistened towels or allow client to shower of f. Discard f irst foil blanket.

TREATMENTStep 1. Cleanse back, using LA CLINICA Facial Cloths and CLEAR SKIN Anti Blemish Face Wash (Code B2C1). Rinse of f thoroughly with moistened hot towels. Repeat.

Step 2. Tone with CLEAR SKIN Anti Blemish Toner (Code B2L3A) – either spritz on skin orapply with cotton pads.

Step 3. Exfoliate back under steam using CLEAR SKIN Anti Blemish Facial Exfoliating Scrub & Mask (Code B2CE). Use gentle, circular motion. Continue for approximately 5 minutes. Rinse of f thoroughly using LA CLINICA facial cloths.

Step 4. Serum. Apply a generous amount of Intensive Spot Serum (Code B2C6) and massage into back, concentrating on blemishes and breakouts. Allow a minute or two to dryand absorb.

Step 5. Perform extractions, if necessary.Af ter extractions, reapply Intensive Spot Serum (Code B2C6). If you have a high frequency machine, pass high frequency electrode over back for at least a minute. Do not remove thisserum.

TREATMENTStep 1. Lie client down on bed, face up. Client is naked from waist up, covered with a towel/sheet for modesty purposes. Move towel/sheet down to just below breast area to star t treatment.

Step 2. Cleanse any make-up from neck area with Beautiful Skin Cleansing Oil (Code A01).Then cleanse neck and breast areas with Anti Ageing Gentle Milk Facial Cleanser (CodeBA1) and warm, moistened LA CLINICA facial cloths. Repeat.

1. CLEANSECleanse skin with GLY C Facial Cleansing Wash Gel (Code B2G1) and warm water. Apply Wash Gel onto moistened skin and massage in well for 2 mins, creating a l ight foam. Remove thoroughly with warm water and LA CLINICA facial cloths. Repeat

2. PREPPrep skin with GLY C Toning Mist (B2G3). Spray onto cotton balls and wipe over skin. Allow to dry.

3. EXFOLIATEMoisten skin with water then apply GLY C Microdermabrasion Facial Exfoliating Scrub (Code B2GS). Gently massage onto wet skin, using very l ight, circular motion. Do not exfoliate for longer than 5 minutes. Remove thoroughly using lukewarm water and LA CLINICA Facial Cloths. Press dry skin then brush over with a dry towel to remove remaining scrub particles.

4. MASKApply a thin layer of GLY C Skin Refining Facial Mask (Code B2GM) over skin.Af ter 1 - 5 minutes, remove mask thoroughly using cool to lukewarm water and LA CLINICAFacial Cloths. If this is client’s f irst treatment, leave mask on for 1 minute only!If this is not the client’s f irst GLY C treatment, af ter the 1st minute the mask has been on theskin, continually ask if the skin feels itchy. If it does, remove mask immediately. Otherwiseleave on for up to 5 minutes.

5. PEELPrep skin again with GLY C Toning Mist (Code B2G3). Spray onto cotton balls and wipe ontoskin. Allow to dry.Then, apply GLY C 40% GLY C GLYCOLIC PEEL (Code B2GP3) using brush or cotton buds.As this is part of an extensive GLY C Body treatment, do not leave peel on for longer than 5 minutes.

6. FINISHRemove peel solution gently yet thoroughly using cloth soaked into cool to lukewarm water. (If any peel is lef t on skin, it wil l feel slightly tacky.) If skin is red and warm, apply COOLINGRELIEF GEL (Code 2T2A). Do not remove.Complete treatment by applying LA CLINICA Miracle Relief Serum (code B2S4) and LACLINICA Soothing Moisture Balm (B2P2B).

Recommended frequency of Peels for body treatments 4 sets x 5 peels with a week’s breakbetween each set.

Over exposure to sun can lead to premature ageing, wrinkles, sun spots, coarse leathery skin appearance and skin cancer. It is important to avoid prolonged exposure to sun and wear protective clothing.


PERFECT COMPLEXION SUNSCREEN LOTION SPF 50

HIGH PROTECTION. SPF 50, broad spectrum sunblock lotion with a dry touch, matt-f inish, for face and body. Developed for all skin types to provide 4 hour, water resistant UV protection. The matt-f inish formulation makes it per fect to wear under make-up. Use to help prevent pigmentation, dark spots and premature ageing.

DIRECTIONSShake well. Apply l iberally and evenly to all unprotected areas of the skin 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Re-apply frequently, especially af ter exercise, perspiration, swimming and towel drying. Regular and frequent use can aid in the prevention of some skin cancers. Always wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. On an average sized adult, a minimum of 35ml should be applied.
