Cory, who is living with Type 1 diabetes, has recently signed with the NHL Tampa Bay Lightning Team and was awarded this year’s AHL Most Valuable Player, Rookie of the Year and Leading Goal Scorer. Registration is required. Reserve your spot today by contacting Sergio Faraone at [email protected] or call 613-295-5799 *Participants must register for the hockey clinic and have full hockey equipment to play. Please also indicate the preferred hockey position. A waiver must be completed prior to any child going on the ice.
