Sub:- 24th Triennial Conference of our Union at Bengaluru (21st to 22nd February, 2016)

We have vide our Circular No.14/2015 dated 12/05/2015 informed about the 24th Triennial Conference of our Union to be held on 21-22 February, 2016 at Freedom Park, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru. Our functionaries and comrades under the able leadership of Com. K.B.D. Sharma, Joint Secretary of our Union, are relentlessly working for the smooth, systematic and successful conduct of our ensuing Conference.

To ensure this, as a first step, they have formed the Reception Committee and other Arrangement Committees, in a meeting held on 05/10/2015 at Bengaluru in the presence of the President of our Union Com. Walter Lasrado; the undersigned; the General Secretary of our sister organization CBOA Com. A.N. Suresh; all the functionaries from Bengaluru and Mangaluru and a large number of enthusiastic comrades from both Bengaluru South and North zones.

The Reception Committee is the supreme body for devising and meticulously executing the Conference plan and tasks before it are arduous and challenging.
