We specialize in providing viable and sustainable solutions for the Energy Sector, including Gas Infrastructure, Automation, Piping and Pipe coating, Procurement, Fabrication, Engineering Services, System Integration, IT Infrastructure, Marine Services, Subsea Engineering, Wireline logging, Drilling Services, Well Services, Well Completion, Interpretation and Integrated Project Management.

WHO WE ARE20 years ago, a group of Nigerians began to understand the benefits of indigenous participation within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector. This revelation led to the establishment of A.C. Uwadiegwu Nig. LTD. Over the past decades the company has served the likes of Shell Petroleum Development Corporation (SPDC), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Eleme Petro-Chemical, ExxonMobil, Chevron and Total to name a few.

However, in 2014 under new management, A.C. Uwadiegwu was rebranded and reconstituted as ALPHADEN ENERGY AND OILFIELD LTD. As Alphaden the focus of the company expanded into local content driven strategy with an emphasis on efficiency dynamics and business intelligence.

Alphaden has set out to find the best international partners willing to help it develop local talents, transfer knowledge and technology adapted to the market place, with the goal of providing the most efficient dynamic processes using business intelligence, technology and innovation. MARINE SERVICESSUPPLY OF VESSELSALPHADEN ENERGY can supply and manage vessels for all work scopes for both near shore facilities or deep water terminals. Typical vessels are PSV, AHTS, Floatels, PLB, JUV, DSV, MPSV, work boats, fast crew vessels and utility vessels, Security Vessels, FSIV, Survey Vessels, all of which can be chartered for short term projects or long term contracts.
