Shantanu Saha (Founder & CEO) : An MBA from FORE School of Management and a Bachelors in Economics Honours from DU, he has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. He has held Senior positions and also Headed the HR function across sectors and companies ranging from ABB in the Manufacturing Sector to Oberoi Hotels, IBM Daksh & Global Vantedge in the Services Sector. He founded “The Recruiters” in 2004.

Apoorva Maniktala (Manager – HR) : An MBA from JIMS,. A seasoned HR professional with exposure to HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Management Development, Retention along with processes like On boarding/ Induction, Exit process, Performance Management, Employee engagement and welfare initiatives she has good exposure of working in startup environments, setting up the HR processes and procedures. She handles internal HR for us apart from supporting us in Business Development & Search.

Gunjan Tawakley (Manager – Search) : A Post Graduate of the 2002 batch from IIPM, Gunjan has a decade plus experience in Search Firms and is with “The Recruiters” since 2010.

Rohan Roy (Manager – Executive Search) : A Science Graduate & a PGDBA (HR) from SCMS. He has 8+ years experience with Search Firms and has handled mandates across various sectors.

Neelam Kaul (Sr. Manager) : She has 20+ years of experience in Recruitments. She is an expert in hiring for both IT & Non IT verticals and has worked with Search Firms like Omam Consultants & Careerist Management Consultants.
