Automated Programs Client profile records are automated in order to avoid repeating inquiries on preferences, which are updated periodically. Reservations with schedule and fare changes etc. are updated by the airlines, hotels and car hire companies through “queues” which are monitored constantly by the consultants and updated to the client. Currently, consultants do a research on sourcing the lowest airfares using SABRE GDS for Commercial Carriers and Low Cost Carriers using their airline portals.
Communication Channels We channel the happenings and changes in the travel industry through the following channels:
Verbal updates
Direct email/fax shots on Airline special offers and holiday packages
Email/Fax transmissions of urgent and important changes such as air fares and flight schedules.
Traveller Profiles We build and update traveller profiles through the Client File tool which is powered by the GDS. This will also interface with the Self Booking Tool for use by our travel consultants as well as the traveller who will be able to create and update his/her own profile at his/her own convenience. ART will deploy its customized Corporate Self Booking Tool “Nextra”, a product from its new technology platform. The corporate booking platform guarantees corporate companies a simplified and efficient solution for their business travel. The personalized, intuitive, and efficient interface allows employees to quickly book Air, Hotels Transfers etc. from a single interface. Approval flows are integrated as well to enable seamless confirmations. The platform is also integrated with a mobile solution enabling employees and managers to book, approve and complete all travel process on the go. The Nextra corporate booking platform once implemented will enhance efficiency, profitability and ease of use across a corporate enterprise.
