All our manufacturing facili�es are set up in compliance with WHO-GMP guidelines as specified under Scheduled M of the Drugs and Cosme�cs Act, 1940. 1000 + Health Care Products are manufactured in our own factories, therefore can providing a cost compe��ve edge over other marke�ng c o m p a n i e s . Maxwell can manufacture the products covered under categories of Beta-Lactum and Non Beta-Lactum : Liquid Injec�ons (Amp. & Vials ), Dry Injec�ons ( Beta and Non Beta ), Eye / Ear Drops & Eye Ointment [sterile]. MAXWELL PHARMA also having the COSMETICS License for manufacturing Ointment, Cream, Lo�on, Shampoo, Hair Oil, Shaving Cream & Toilet Soap. Separate floors and dedicated facility has been provided for manufacturing of Beta Lactum and Non Beta Lactum Dosage Form to prevent cross contamina�on.

ETHIX HEALTH CARE has been granted with the license to manufacture selected dosage forms, by the FDA, following a technical evalua�on of the documents and the facility. Therefore, ETHIX shall manufacture only formula�ons like Tablets & Capsules (Beta & Non-Beta Lactum) & Dry Syrups (Beta Lactum) which is meant for human consump�on. The separate and dedicated facility has been provided for manufacturing of Beta-Lactum & General Dosage Forms, viz. Tablets (Dispersible, Uncoated, Sustained Release, Enteric / Film coated), Capsules (Hard gela�n) & Dry Syrups (Beta Lactum).

Our Innovative Marketing Strategy

We have reached more than 1000 hospitals with our unique marke�ng strategy of supplying the medicines

directly from the factory to hospital's pharmacy. In this novel distribu�on channel the end users are benefi�ed due

to the elimina�on of various stages in distribu�on network and their commission. Therefore, top quality

medicines can be priced in a affordable manner. This strategy is successful and growing fast because the hospital

management staff and doctors are having the awareness of the cost of manufacturing and savings in the service

charges imposed by the various distribu�on channels.

Our Quality Assurance is responsible for the implementa�on of all the cGMP at site, as given below :-

Quality Assurance: Quality assurance department, a fully autonomous func�onality is in place to keep track of each ac�vity, parameters & processes to achieve the quality goal in totality. Quality of each medicinal product is assured by applying TQM techniques by the QA-Team. SOP [Standard Opera�ng Procedures]: SOPs are available for all the departments.

QMS : Quality Management System : The quality management system has been designed based on the cGMP Guidelines for Pharmaceu�cal Manufacturing, Laws and regula�ons released by Government of India (including amendments and no�fica�on received from �me to �me). For Quality Evalua�on, Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance Departments are working independently.

Quality Control : Our In-house quality control laboratories, chemical, instruments, microbiology & pharmacology laboratories are fully equipped with state of the art instruments. Raw material, packing material, in-process, finished products & stability analysis are carried out for ensuring the quality at each & every step of manufacturing. Each product is being tested for safety, quality & efficacy.
