HISTORY1990 As a 17-year-old student, founder of Crocodille company sells sandwiches to tourists in Prague‘s Mala Strana district as a part-time job.1991 The fi rst small car for the distribution of goods is purchased.1992 Our fi rst own place for baguette production is called Žižkov Baguettes.1994 The Crocodille logo is created and Žižkov Baguettes is offi cially re-branded.1995 Our fi rst modern factory in Prague‘s Holešovice district witnesses the transformation of production from small-scale table-top delicacies to assembly-line production.1996 We built and fully equipped our own bakery.1999 By the end of the 20th century, Crocodille is a stable company with a fully-functional modern assembly hall, its own bakery and more than 250 employees.2002 The Flood of 2002 – Crocodille is forced to leave Holešovice and move the production to Žiželice.2007 The fi rst step toward expansion into Europe. Opening of the fi rst foreign branch--a distribution center in Budapest.2009 The second foreign branch is opened--a distribution center in Vienna.2011 We expand our product range to include our fi rst hot meals--baked Panini in fi ve fl avor varieties.2012 Export to Russia and Romania begins.2013 The new York Deli brand product lines are introduced. Export to Slovenia begins.2014 Crocodille enters the Croatian market.2015 Export expansion continues to new markets--Poland, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Each driver enters the daily sales and buy-back fi gures via PDA upon visiting each Point of Sale. This information is then processed by the Crocodille DMS System which generates automatic orders to maximize sales and minimize buy-backs and personnel effort for each POS.

Products can be stored frozen for up to 6 months (at -18°C) and for an additional 25 days after defrosting when stored chilled (at +5°C).

STEP NO. 1 – LABELING PROCESS:1. Remove products from the freezer according to the order received.

2. The date can be marked by stamp, sticker or an automatic labeling machine. The entire process must be performed within 15 minutes. Crocodille provides the equipment for the automatic labeling.

3. Print the use-by date, i.e. 25 days from the defrost date, in the empty field marked “USE BY” in dd:mm:yy format.

STEP NO. 2 – DEFROSTING PROCESS:1. Products must be defrosted at least 8 hours before sale when stored at a refrigeration temperature of max. +5 °C.2. Distribute the products to the final Points of Sale (at a max. temperature of +5 °C).3. The goods must be stored in a refrigerator between 0 °C and 5 °C without temperature fluctuation.

Placement of product at the retailer in a chilled cabinet (+5 °C).

After manufacturing, products are delivered frozen (–18 °C).

The products can be stored frozen at a temperature of –18 °C for up to 8 months.

When a product is required, it is re-moved from deep freeze and labeled with a forward ‟sell-by date” of 25 days.

The product is left in a standardrefrigerator (+5 °C) to defrost for8 hours to be ready for distribution.
