Quiron Salud: general overview

• Largest hospital operator in the Spanish market

o In 2014, IDCsalud (largest Spanish player) acquired Grupo Hospitalario Quirón (“GHQ” – second largestSpanish player). The combined group is the clear market leader in the Spanish hospital industry and one ofthe top 5 players in Europe. In addition, IDCsalud has acquired Grupo Ruber , one of the most prestigioushospital groups in Spain

o Key figures 2015: more than €2,000m in revenues , 85 care centers (out of which 44 hospitals , 35 medicalcenters, 6 care homes), over 6,400 beds and 26,000 professionals*

• Present in all hospital management models: present in both public and private segments. Capability toefficiently allocate growth efforts through the economic cycle, cross-fertilizing models and adapting to demandneeds

• Maximum level of patient care quality

o Private patients: our hospital network include some of the most prestigious and well-known hospitals of thecountry. Some hospitals in the Group obtained Joint Commission Accreditation

o Public patients: 95% customer satisfaction (public surveys). FJD hospital awarded with the EFQM 5-starcertification, only hospital of maximum complexity in Europe awarded with the highest certification

• Long-term commitment with education and research: 7 university-hospitals and the only certified privateresearch institute in Spain

• Investment capacity and cutting-edge technology: investments in current portfolio update (infrastructure andhigh-end technology) and new hospitals
