GV-TSX.VBiricu Project, Mexico

Gold - Silver project in Guerrero State, southwestern Mexico, option acquired in December 2011

Located along geologic trend of the Guerrero Gold Belt, one of Mexico's largest and most prolific gold producing regions

Biricu Project

Property in close proximity to several operating gold mines and significant gold discoveries: El Limon-Los Guajes owned by

Torex Gold Bermejal, Los Filos, Nukay owned

by Goldcorp Ana Paula controlled by

Newstrike Capital

GV-TSX.V

Lies along important structural continuities projecting SE and E from the Los Filos Mine Project, situated less than 10 km to the NW

The target areas each show strong similarities in geologic setting, alteration, and geochemical patterns to those of the numerous gold skarn deposits of the GGB

Easily accessible – only four hours from Mexico City by paved road with power lines crossing the concession

Strategically Located

GV-TSX.VBiricu – Mineralization

GGB mineralization first discovered in 1924, and inventories have continued to grow

Biricu contains identical reactive carbonate and sandstone host rocks as known deposits in the region

Intrusive rock types recently identified identical to those seen in the Los Filos Project deposits

Biricu – 2012 Exploration Program

Reconnaissance exploration work program initiated in February 2012

Broad stream sediment and geochemical sampling for rapid identification of areas of potential interest

Detailed rock chip sampling in areas of identified potential Reconnaissance mapping with a specific focus on important intrusive

rock types known to be associated with gold deposits in the region 1400 line km VTEM EM and Magnetic airborne survey

Interpretive report prepared by Condor Consulting Inc. Field review of Condor target zones

Integrated findings of this work program were used to define key target areas for test drilling

based on geologic, geochemical and geophysical data

GV-TSX.VResults of Recon Work

Mapping and Geophysical Surveys

Preliminary ground work indicated five prospective target areas areas of prospective skarn and jasperoid alteration, several with

attendant gold anomalies detailed mapping identified intrusions and alteration in a NNE package of

Mezcala and Morelos Formations

VTEM identified four highly ranked target zones (TZ1, TZ2, TZ4, and TZ8)

coincident with a ~10 km long zone of elevated magnetization TZ4 (and adjacent TZ6 and TZ7) and TZ8 include mapped intrusions and

alteration

TZ4 and TZ8, together with two other prospective target areas based on ground work, will be tested in the 2014 drill program

5th prospect, Xochipala, requires more work in a future program Other identified priority VTEM anomalies (TZ6, TZ7) may warrant drilling

based on drilling results

Profile Pick

Areas excluded from survey

TZ1, TZ2, TZ4, and TZ8 were identified on the grid NNE that are coincident with a ~10 km long zone of elevated magnetization, that is significantly elevated in TZ1, TZ2 and TZ4

Highly ranked TZ4 and TZ8 include mapped intrusions and alteration

Magnetic plate modeling in TZ4 returned a suite of source depths ranging from surface to 415m below surface. EM Plate modeling returned one model at a moderate depth of 121m below surface

Two proposed drill holes were provided to intersect selected TZ4 plate models

2. Northern (TZ-4,6,7) 5 drill holes ~2500m

3. Milpillas 2 drill holes ~1000m

GV-TSX.V2014 Priority Drill Targets

Target Area I – Punto Rojo (Condor TZ-8) most concentrated area of anomalous gold values Target area - 1km diameter porphyry granodiorite-diorite stock exposure VTEM anomalies project possible significant gold bearing skarn alteration at

depth

Target Area II – Northern (Norte Punto Rojo) (Condor TZ-4, TZ-6, TZ-7)

5km by 2km wide target area containing trend of jasperoid bodies that follow the approximate Morelos-Mezcala contact zone

Strong geophysics trend of dipole magnetic anomalies which may be indicative of a skarn zone at depth (Condor estimates that the source of the anomalies is in the 100-400 meter depth range, putting this in the area of the Morelos-Mezcala contact zone)

Similar to alteration styles seen at Los Filos and Bermejal Adjacent to paved highway

Page 15: Corporate Presentation August 2014

GV-TSX.V2013 Priority Drill Targets

Target Area III – Milpillas Lies at the central-eastern edge of the Biricu claim Exposures of diorite-granodiorite porphyry, and other outlying smaller

intrusions Rock samples returned gold anomalies up to 1.27 grams per tonne with

associated pathfinder elements: As, Co, Cr, Cu, Hg, Mo, Ni, Sb, and Zn

Target Area IV – Southern (La Curva) Area of small stock exposures in the southern portion of Biricu claim The principle exploration target lies along a WNW-ESE trending granodiorite

stock contact with adjacent Morelos Formation carbonates Alteration types nearly identical to Goldcorp’s Los Filos deposit This area was not included in the geophysical survey - it is a high priority

drill target based on the alteration types and associated geochemistry

GV-TSX.VWhy Guerrero Ventures?

Property demonstrates geological attributes of other discoveries in GGB, including neighbouring (10km) Goldcorp’s Los Filos project and Torex Gold, Morelos and Media Luna

Electromagnetic VTEM Survey identified 19 anomalies including 4 high priority target zones

Drill program now targeted for Q2 2014 Local access agreement signed; government drill permits

pending

Inexpensive and attractive GGB entry investment option

Well connected within the industry Able to attract excellent people and projects
