ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

TARDINESS

• Reporting late for work at the prescribed official time.

• No grace period. One minute late is one minute deduction.

• Tardiness of 1 ½ hrs beyond the start of the regular working hours or a time-in of 10:01 am shall already be considered as half day.

• Two hundred sixty minutes (260) minutes or more in one month.

UNDERTIME• Leaving the office at 3:31pm onwards.

• With proper authorization from Immediate Superior and Department Head.

• Unauthorized undertime will be subject to disciplinary action.

• All undertimes incurred shall be deducted from the salary of employee.

ABSENCES• AUTHORIZED AND EXCUSED LEAVES

(PROPER PROCEDURE)With approval of the immediate superior & department heads or up to be considered official & for it to be chargeable to the Vacation/Sick Leave credits of the employee.VL and expected absence should be approved by his/her immediate superior at least two (2) days before the date of absence.SL or urgent/emergency reasons, immediate superior or department head must be informed not later than 9:00Am that day.
