ISCT 2018 returns to Canada for the first time since 2005. BOOTH ALLOCATION POLICY

Conference Management will confirm exhibit space upon receipt of a signed application form with a minimum 25% payment due within the first 30 days. Receipt of the application form by Conference Management shall not guarantee the requested booth placement. Allocation will be confirmed by Conference Management within 5 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation requires written notice. Down payments are non-refundable. Cancellations received in writing on or prior to December 31, 2017 must pay 50% of the full booth cost. Cancellations received after December 31, 2017 will NOT receive a refund.

Symposia, Corporate Tutorial and Product Theatre RegulationsSymposia, Tutorials, or Product Theatre presentations held in conjunction with the ISCT Annual Meeting are not part of the official meeting agenda and will be designated as Corporate Symposia, Corporate Tutorials, and Product Theatres in the meeting agenda. Companies hosting Symposia, Tutorial or Product Theatres agree:

1. that ISCT retains the right to approve Symposia, Tutorial or Product Theatre content, faculty, venue and other details.

2. to submit a detailed summary including a synopsis of the session and planned speakers in the session to be approved by the ISCT 2018 Organizing Committee.

3. that the Symposia, Tutorial or Product Theatre will provide opportunity for open question and answer sessions and permit evaluation by attendees; Evaluation forms would be developed, distributed and tabulated by the supporter.

4. Session planning efforts including set-up, food and beverage, audio-visual and other arrangements, will be made through the ISCT Meeting Manager.

5. that ISCT, upon request, will provide a list of registered conference attendees to the Symposia, Tutorial or Product Theatre contact prior to the Symposia, Tutorial or Product Theatre. If meeting staff is required on-site, the Company will be billed separately. If audio-visual technicians are required for sessions, the Company will be billed separately.

6. not to use “ISCT”, “ISCT 2018 Annual Meeting”, or the respective logos on any announcement, sign publication, audio-visual product or other promotional materials without express written permission from ISCT.

7. all promotional materials must be approved by ISCT prior to distribution.

8. that no audio or video taping can take place without consent of ISCT; all approved audio and/or video taping must be disclosed to the audience in the program.

9. to refrain from posting promotional signs in hotel lobbies and/or conference space without permission of ISCT; placing promotional material under the doors (or door drops of any kind) of hotel guests is not permitted. If you are interested in additional opportunities to promote your event, please refer to our Marketing Opportunities.

10. Food and beverage is at the cost of the session host. Breakfast Tutorials are required to provide light snacks or breakfast options for attendees. Lunch Tutorials occur during lunch in which ISCT provides delegate lunches for pick up in the exhibit hall.

11. the fee does not include any costs for registration (beyond the complimentary allocation detailed in the benefits), additional food and beverage, additional audio-visual, or any administrative services provided.

GRP Workshop Educational Grant($1,000 – $3,000 USD)

The Global Regulatory Perspectives Workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. As an established program, this one-day track provides participants with information directly from international regulators, and will address new and evolving regulations worldwide, the international status of compliance activities, clinical regulatory issues in trial design and execution, as well as an interactive case studies session focused on the pros and cons of Pharmacopeia standards. This unique meeting brings in international regulators from North America, Australia, Europe and Asia as well as over 100 international delegates working within the regulatory field of cellular therapy.

Ancillary Meeting PolicyAll ancillary meetings held during the ISCT annual meeting must be approved by ISCT. To obtain approval, an Ancillary Meeting Room Request must be submitted to ISCT. Requests must be submitted to Brian Poole ([email protected]).

Each Ancillary Meeting Room Request must include: (a) the identity of the sponsor requesting the ancillary meeting; (b) the date, start time and end time of the ancillary meeting; (c) a brief description of the purpose and objectives of the ancillary meeting.

Meeting space is limited and Ancillary Meeting Room Requests that comply with these guidelines will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for Ancillary Meeting Room Requests is April 7, 2018 pending availability. Additional fees will apply for late requests. Reserve early.

Space for ancillary meetings will be provided only to requestors who are affiliated with ISCT, such as exhibitors, corporate sponsors, nonprofit organizations, ISCT members, and annual meeting attendees.

The Applicant acknowledges that the Corporate Opportunities document forms part of the contract arising upon the acceptance of this Application by Conference Management. The Applicant acknowledges having read and understood the Conditions and Regulations to the Contract for Exhibit Space as outlined in said document. The Applicant further acknowledges and agrees that no contract exists between the under signed Applicant and Conference Management unless and until Conference Management completes the acceptance portion of this Application.

ExhibitorsThe Applicant hereby makes application to obtain from ISCT 2018 (“Conference Management”) a license to occupy and use exhibit space (the “Exhibit Space”) in the Palais des congrès de Montréal (the “Exhibit Hall”) during an Exhibition (the “Exhibition”) to be held from May 3 – May 6th, 2018 in conjunction with the ISCT Annual Meeting (the “Conference”), such Exhibit Space to be in a location assigned by Conference Management. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that upon acceptance by Conference Management, by completing and executing the acceptance portion of this Application, this Application will become a contract for the licensing of the Exhibit Space between the Conference Management and the Applicant (thereafter referred to as the “Exhibitor”) and subject to the ISCT 2018 Cancellation Policy. The Applicant agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations governing the Exhibition as set forth and included in the Corporate Opportunities Package and the Exhibitor Services Manual, a copy of which will be provided to each exhibitor. Participation in the ISCT Annual Meeting does not confer endorsement of exhibitor services and/or products by the International Society for Cellular Therapy. ISCT retains the right to remove material or company presence not in compliance with the ISCT Ethics Waiver.

Step 3: Payment Information:All payments must be made in US dollars. All payments must be drawn on a bank in the US. Please make checks payable to the “International Society for Cellular Therapy”. Forward completed application along with check, bank draft, or credit card information to the address below. Note: 25% down payment due within 30 days of booking, remainder due January 20, 2018. On accounts not paid in full by January 20, 2018, ISCT reserves the right to release the booth for immediate sale with no refund of deposits paid. Completion of this application indicates acceptance to pay the full amount indicated.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation requires written notice. Down payments are non-refundable. Cancellations received in writing on or prior to December 31, 2017 must pay 50% of the full booth cost. Cancellations received after December 31, 2017 will NOT receive a refund.
