TRANSFER OF EOUITY SHARES TO INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUNDNotice is herby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act2013 read with the Investor Education and protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit,Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, all shares in respect of which dividend has remainedunclaimed/unpaid for seven consecutive years or more are required to be transferred by theCompany in favour of the Investor Education and Protection Fund(lEPF).In pursuance of the IEPF Rules, the Company has sent necessary intimation to the concernedshareholders who have not claimed/encashed the interim dividend for the Financial Year 2011-12 and whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF.The details of such shareholders havebeen uploaded on the website of the Company at www.triveniturbines.com under the section'Investors'.
