LCR Team Logistic Responsible will make your paddock access very easy. Once you confirmed your guests num-bers and contact names with LCR Ma-nagement, our responsible will prepa-re a proper envelope with your guests passes at the Welcome Centre (ap-pointed site to collect the passes).

Inside the envelope your guests will find the Premium Guest Passes, Parking Passes, the Event Time Schedule, the MotoGP Paddock and Passes rules le-aflet and the LCR On Track Customer Care Programme to join the Team in the best way.

Your guests just have to wear the pass and reach the paddock entrance to be-gin their unique experience with us.

The paddock area is huge and crowded but your guests can count on our Welcome Servi-ce.

At their arrival in the paddock our Hospitality Responsible will be at their disposal for a friendly handshake.

The LCR Hospitality staff will take you to the lounge area (equipped with international sport, financial and fashion ma-gazines and relaxing music) for a coffee break and soft drinks giving to your guests all the in-formation they need such as sessions/race timing, viewing area details, further paddock details etc…

Excellent Italian coffee and cappuccino together with juices, croissants, ca-kes, fruit and more will be offered to your guest throughout the whole mor-ning.

The LCR Hospitality staff will be availa-ble for any request and after the bre-akfast your guests will be able to le-ave their personal belongings (bags, jackets, helmets, cameras and so on) in our safety storage.

To understand the real spi-rit of a racing Team our MKT and Commercial responsible will guide your guests to the discovery of LCR Team organi-zation.

Your guest will have access to the technical truck checking personally our staff on track work plan including a friendly and useful meeting with LCR Team Manager Lucio Cecchi-nello.

Thanks to this special service your guests will have the chan-ce to worm out the most de-tailed racing information and work procedures related to LCR Team life.

The speed is one of the most exciting feature of MotoGP and the best place to feel it the designated Viewing Area.

Thanks to the MotoGP class Premium Guest Pass your guests will enjoy the 3 classes live action from a reserved grandstand inside the paddock area.

The LCR Team Customer Care Re-sponsible will be at their disposal to provide all the information including a simple map (placed at the Hospitality Unit) to reach the area in the easiest way.

If your guests wish to take a tasty and relaxing lunch the LCR Hospitality unit will ser-ve a wide and gorgeous buffet from 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm.

A proper restaurant service on track, from appetizer to sweets and a selection of the best Italian winery production, will satisfy your guests pala-tes.

The meals on the daily menu will be prepared by professio-nal chefs from the best Italian restaurant. And your guests won’t lose any single action minute thanks to the wide ran-ge of TV monitors displayed at the Hospitality Unit which will be tuned in with the internal TV signal (during practices and race) and Satellite TV networ-ks programmes (TVE, BBC, RAI etc..).

Your guest will be part of an unforget-table experience joining the LCR Team technical staff and Randy de Puniet at the pit garage during the practices/ra-ces.

Our PR Responsible will be at their di-sposal for a detailed visit inside the Pit Garage which is basically reserved to the Team members, HRC and Brideg-stone technicians.

They will hear the incredible engine rumble of the Honda RC212V and they will see the frenetic set up work of the technicians during a refuelling process or a tyre change.

The guests zone based inside the pit garage will guarantee the safety of your guests and they will watch the riders’ performances from the TV mo-nitors.

They will also access the LCR Team Pit Canopy on the Pit Wall for a couple of minutes and, at the end of the session, they will get the chance to take some photos and autographs with Randy.

Feel the LCR Team spirit and fashion at the Pit Garage.

The paddock area is full of amazing things to see so one LCR Team mem-ber will guide your guests through the Paddock Tour which will include the vi-sit of LCR Team Mobile Offices, IRTA and Dorna head quarters, Riders’ mo-torhome area, Team Hospitalities and so on.

Your guests will enjoy a nice walk into the heart of the Paddock life meeting the MotoGP personnel, VIP guests, the best riders’ of the world and pret-ty umbrella girls.

To dig deeply in the soul of the Honda RC212V we will of-fer to your guests a technical brochure which illustrate the several parts of the machine and one LCR Team member will explain to your guests the technical procedures to set up the machine.

They will touch the carbon fai-ring, they will see the rider’s equipment, they will under-stand the tyres rules, they will discover the use of the tele-metry system and much more and they will get the unique opportunity to take a photo on Toni’s bike.

Our Hospitality staff will offer them a cocktail buffet with fin-ger food, snacks and a selec-tion of fresh Italian wines.

The Race day is the most sen-sational part of the GP week end and we will offer to your guests the same benefits of the previous days including the chance to watch the live action from the Viewing Area amongst hundreds of fans, from the Ho-spitality TV monitors comfor-tably seated on the coach or at the Guests Zone inside the LCR Team Pit Garage toge-ther with the technicians (and wherever it will be possible, following the Organizers pro-cedures, we will choose some guests for a 20 minutes tour on the service road adjacent to the track aboard the Moto-GP BMW VIP Shuttle).
