The business world is often dominated by the idea of profit maximization which becomes the be-all and end-all of life and in the process, it may more often than not, take resort to many types of immoral and unethical practices. It is in this context that the subject of Business Ethics and Corporate Governance become very crucial for the would-be managers and business people.
