Our Aviation, Asset Finance and Leasing law team is made up of asset finance, corporate, tax and dispute resolution practitioners. • Retained by Safaricom Limited, the largest telecommunication services and mobile provider in Kenya, in their infrastructure and property management department to offer property advisory services, provide support services including drafting and review of the leases and licenses pertaining to their base stations all over the country. In addition, we offer regulatory compliance, representation in any contentious matters, and transaction advisory among other legal matters.

• Retained by the ICT Authority, a state agency tasked with the rationalization and streamlining of all Government of Kenya ICT

Crispine is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of ten (10) years standing. He has extensive experience in Commercial Law, Energy and Infrastructure Consultancy Projects, Procurement Law, Corporate, Finance Law and Investment. He has served as a Legal Advisor to the Kenya ICT Authority, the PPP Unit of the National Treasury, Safaricom, Konza Technopolis Development Authority, Microsoft East Africa Limited and Power Hive LLC. He has also served as a legal consultant to various institutions such as the Kenya Railway Corporation, the Kenya Urban Regulatory Authority (KURA), Kenya Association of Manufacturers, just to mention a few.

Alex focuses on Corporate Finance and general corporate matters. His practice encompasses; compliance audits, advice to corporate boards regarding board composition, corporate governance and special committees of boards of directors. Alex has handled various compliance and regulatory issues relating to state corporations, he has been involved in the preparation of appropriate compliance policies and procedures for state corporations; he has also conducted compliance reviews for state corporations and dealt with regulators on compliance issues.

Alex’s corporate governance-related experience includes advising boards of directors and board committees of state corporations regarding the changing corporate governance environment and regarding current and prospective governance requirements and attitudes.
