Shema means To ListenShema in Christianity Shema is one of the sentences that is

quoted in the New Testament. The Gospel of Mark 12:29 mentions that Jesus considered the Shema the beginning exhortation of the first of his two greatest commandments: "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, 'Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord'" .

In 2008, three corporations namely, SHEMA ULTIMATE BUSINESS INNOVATIVE CONCEPTCORPORATION, referred to as SUBICC The Company, SHEMA UNITED DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, referred to as SUDIF and Jesus Christ SUBICC Global Ministry Inc., referred here as SUBICC The Ministry were organized and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission. These three corporations were conceptualized by their God-inspired Founder in the person of MR. CRISPIN U. ANDO fondly addressed as DAD CRIS and the people behind , the incorporators who answered the call to establish the three corporations and fulfill a God-given plan that envisioned a healthy, wealthy and spiritually alive Philippine Society. They were to work closely ,sharing their resources employing lawful cooperation schemes. To serve as guide to their respective officers , leaders , constituents and stakeholders, the Board of Trustees/Directors of these corporations drafted cooperatively and after due consultation, in a joint meeting ,approved the SHEMA Common Framework of Cooperation .
