AceBot.ai was one of the early entrants in the chatbot landscape. It was one of the initial productivity bots created for the chat platform, Slack. Zamstars designed the product identity and brand communications especially the Website UI & content keeping the initial customer sentiment in mind. Zamstars planned, managed social media campaigns ( Twitter, LN, and FB) and also ran Ad words campings for conversions.

Key Accomplishments were: • Increased Twitter follower base by 100 times

propelling Acebot into Slack’s Top 20 popular bot list

Crossover is a leading global ‘Remote Careers Platform’. They reached out to Zamstars with a brief to establish the brand experience. We conducted a detailed brand workshop to established the brand personality and extended it to the brand experience. With that as the base we did the UI of the websites and developed it using cutting edge technology.

The platform is built with material design, headless CMS, Angular, used SSR with Angular Universal to make webpages crawlable/SEO friendly and deployed on AWS Amplify. The website is 100% component based and managed through headless CMS.

All Bogs were migrated from Medium. All Articles, Testimonials, Quotes were designed to be presented in a magazine format called “Perspectives”.

iBus Network is an in-building connectivity solutions company. On the journey to realise a digitally connected India, iBus partnered with Zamstars to reforge the brand identity and establish a digital presence through contextually-relevant marketing. Zamstars undertook the website redesign and development (UI/UX) and established their entire digital facade that encompassed website syndication, social media architecture setup, content and design orchestration. This was followed by an outreach programme that drove brand awareness and engagement for iBus. Zamstars also undertook a sales navigator training programme for the iBus sales team to empower P2P humanised interaction for B2B engagement. Through all the marketing orchestration and syndication, iBus closed a deal of $21Mn when Morgan Stanley India Infra invested in iBus through a lead generated from the website.

Petron Corporation is a leading industrial specialty lubricant manufacturer. With operations across the globe, they needed a good website with rich content to show their depth and breadth in the industry. We built the website with rich visual content and detailed technical content. The Website was also made in multiple foreign languages.

We also manage SEO for the website. We have shown about 100% increase in traffic P-o-P within 6 months and got 40+ Keywords in Google 1st page.

Rising in the centre of the landmark Embassy ONE development in the heart of India’s high-tech capital, Four Seasons delivers a dynamic experience that reflects Bengaluru’s innovative, entrepreneurial and cosmopolitan spirit.

Zamstars led the brand architecture setup, and managed social media marketing, while defining the design/ visual framework and communications architecture. The engagement encompassed both digital and offline collaterals like the brochure, print ads, standees, banners, social media posts, videos conceptualization, design and execution to name a few.

This was followed by a brand outreach and engagement campaign which reached 15Mn+ users on Social Media with 1Mn+ Engaged users and a total increase of 100K+ followers from 0.

Project was to define a new design system for Sakshi newspaper.

The Key consideration for this redesign are:

• Restructure the design to accommodate more stories in given real estate.

• Create elements of navigation that will help the reader access all parts of the newspaper intuitively.

• Create a design system that involves elements (header, stand-first, date/place line, body, blurbs, images, captions etc.), components that are combination of elements to make story types, slugs, templates, pages and the book.

• Integrate the tabloid as a cohesive part of the main book - 10 pages main along 4, 6, 7 or 8 pages more of broadsheet with content from the present tabloid.

• The presentation should contain the rationale (why redesign?), design principles, design system and the proposed book design with variants where necessary.

Case Study*

Bosch wanted to launch Industrial water filter, focused 100% on Indian Market. They chose Zamstars as their Market Development Partner. The scope was to conduct a deep dive market research to identify the potential industries for the product. Post the MR activity, Zamstars deployed a field sales force team to establish distributor network and also direct outreach to certain companies to seek the products. This activity was backed with a cohesive marketing activity to support sales function and also ran a much appreciated internal employee engagement program to get partners with this initiative.

Zamstars tied up with Tatva as their marketing partner to lead, manage and execute the entire marketing activation encompassing brand identity definition, communication orchestration, design framework, offline marketing and digital marketing.

This included website syndication (design and development), social media architecture setup, content and design orchestration (online and offline ads). With hoardings, banners, brochures, newsletters and all social media designs for Ads, Zamstars led the entire brand awareness, engagement and conversions campaign to drive business value for Tatva.

NASSCOM is the flagship trade body and chamber of commerce of the IT/Tech industry in India and comprises over 3000 member companies.

NASSCOM partnered with Zamstars to lead the brand design and communication framework for prime initiatives namely the Center of Excellence - Data Sciences and Artificial Intelligence(CoE-DSAI) and BPM council. This work encompassed project management, website development (UI/UX), event management, branding architecture definition and setup and communications orchestration.

One of the key initiatives Zamstars undertook was the responsibility of delivering a compendium for the BPM industry that included drafting 16 case studies from various companies across the Indian market along with the visual definition and execution of the compendium. This was launched by NASSCOM for the general public on April 21st, 2021.

DevFactory, one of the portfolio companies of the ESW Capital group, was launching a suite of software development tools called DevGraph, which contained 7 products including Engine Yard, a NoOps PaaS solution - the flagship offering from DevFactory.  DevFactory wanted to revamp & promote Engine Yard and establish the brand presence for DevGraph in the US market. Used by more than 90% of top 500 Japanese public listed companies, eJan wanted to enter the Indian market. After trying for 3 times in the past, they appointed Zamstars as their Market Development partner.

Zamstars built all their collaterals required for the Indian market. Zamstars built a sales team on BoT Model and established Top 50 companied showing interest in the product. India’s top 10% of BFSI, Healthcare, Technology & Manufacturing sector conducted the Pilot with Cachatto. This enabled eJan to take over the BOT sales team and establish their entry into the Indian Market.

Bangla Tigers is one of the flagship teams in the T10 league that is held in Abu Dhabi every year. The tournament was held among COVID-19 restrictions in 2021 with no live audience and the management needed to convey the fans’ enthusiasm and energy to the team through online engagement.

Tasked with managing social media and on-ground coverage, Zamstars team led the initiative by deploying a team to Abu Dhabi, to cover the entire tournament while keeping the fans hyped and engaged on social media.

The content published by Zamstars reached 2880K+ users on Facebook and Instagram, which increased the page fans from 117K+ to 142K+, with a total of 1641K+ views on the video content. The efforts and results were celebrated by both the management and the team where multiple players from Bangla Tigers expressed their gratitude for Team Zamstars.
