• Construction Details— various scale to show design intent of elevations.

• Modifications can be estimated according to specific changes.

DeliveryPlease allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. You will likely need a Structural Engineer to design a foundation for

your specific lot conditions, as these plans cannot consider all site requirements.

The Lake Oconee Residence graced a water front lot with long lake views, requiring a courtyard garage design due to front building setbacks.

The Client wanted a very open plan with large panoramic windows to take full advantage of the wonderful views beyond. Since they still had kids living at home, they desired spa-cious porches for entertaining family and friends.

The Terrace Level is loaded with great entertaining amenities such as Bil-liards, TV Lounge, walk-behind Bar, Home Theater, Exercise Room, and a large hot tub by the outdoor fireplace.

The Guest House over the Garage offers plenty of room for overnight stays for friends and family, as well as a small office to fit in some work dur-ing extended stays.

The Lake Keowee Residence creates a one-of-a-kind Tuscan country estate. Of course, for this country estate the “barn” is full of collectable automo-biles instead of horses.

The Client’s desire was to design the siteplan around a large oak tree that perfectly centers the round-about drive and the 3 structures of the estate. Both garages are connected to the main house by Tuscan arcades, while stone and timbered siding blend into the natural setting of the property, creating a home of histori-cally natural distinction.

The floorplan continues the Tuscan arcade design throughout the home, while large panoramic windows enjoy the lake views beyond. The cupola centered over the Great Room brings additional daylight into the darkest part of the home to naturally light the large plan.

The Lake Lanier Residence captures a stately yet “rustic mansion” style as it incorporates a large plan and an 8-car porte-cochere designed to appear like a horse-and-carriage entrance.

The exterior is a mix of brick and oversized stone, accented with ex-posed rafter tails and timber columns and brackets. Large single-slab stone headers detail most of the windows across the façade.

At the request of the Client, the home has a very formal plan design, creat-ing many rooms uniquely designed for specific uses, such as the Library connected to the Master Reading Room, and the Breakfast and Keeping Room.

The North Georgia Mountains Resi-dence sprawls across a wonderful hill-top perch with long rolling mountain views beyond. The exterior resembles the “rambling” designs of European country estates built over several generations.

The Client’s desired a single-level home, but needed a Guest House to be separated by an attached passage for convenience and privacy.

The large double-island Kitchen opens to the vaulted Great Room and views through the bowed window. An oversized Dining Room can comfort-ably fit their large family for holiday gatherings.

Large Old World fireplaces with single-slab stone hearths capture the heritage of historic homes rarely found today.
