We bring the most cost effective and safest solution to our client’s buildings, using a mixture
of different cleaning techniques including reach and wash and abseiling as well as traditional
window cleaning techniques.

Our reach and wash system will guarantee that windows stay cleaner for longer. It uses
deionised laboratory grade water that absorbs dirt, grease and minerals, pumped to a height
of 65 feet via carbon telescopic poles; ensuring windows are completely sterile and residue
free, leaving a perfect finish.
Our Specialist teams are equipped to tackle the toughest assignments, such as high level
window and cladding cleaning and graffiti removal.
Health and Safety is our priority and we undertake a full risk assessment and survey specific
to each individual building prior to commencing any work. We also make sure all our staff
receive regular comprehensive safety training.

services in line with ISO 9001:2008. We also hold ISO 14001 for environmental
management and OHSAS 18001 for Health and Safety management across
our business as well as Safecontractor and CHAS accreditation for our
commitment to Health and Safety.
Belonging to The British Institute of Cleaning Science means we participate
fully in the industry, keeping abreast of all industry updates and legislation
which allows us to share best practice and new training across our client base.
We are members of the British Institute of Facilities Management. We are
also proud winners of a prestigious Golden Service Award for Best Cleaned

cleaning teams. We utilise People Counting technology across our contracts
in high density customer footfall locations allowing us to provide a much more
focused service.
We are committed to providing our clients with a fully compliant and refreshed
service from day one of the contract. Our approach to contract mobilisation
ensures a seamless transition, with a national project team dedicated to
the implementation of all new contracts. Our mobilisation plan provides
the framework on which we will build our service and is founded on our
obligations under TUPE, Health and Safety and contractual requirements.

Environmentally Friendly Solutions
At Cordant Cleaning we set ourselves performance targets in energy and
water consumption, waste reduction and supplier environmental performance.
We work arduously to reduce our wastage ensuring we are completely
environmentally efficient in the products we use and the services we provide.
Our chemical free cleaning system can be implemented effectively with no
changes to equipment or processes in use, and uses reduced packaging and
disposal of chemicals.
