Kinetic Survey Reports

Report Name Description

Overview Provides graphical results reports, pie charts, and bar charts.

Status Listing Summary of survey participants’ information and Status.

Blank Template Blank survey for mailing/printing.

Completed Single Survey

Results of a single completed survey.

Simple Completed All surveys completed with a simple question/answer layout.

Status Overview Pie char of the current status values.

Overview w/o Comments

Survey results that do not include free text fields.

Results-Cross Tab Shows a cross tab for selected questions based on a count

Results-Cross Tab-Weighted Sum

Shows a cross tab for selected questions based on a weighted summary of scores.

Raw Survey Data A report showing the 128 answer viewer fields and the 64 attribute fields. This report is designed to be exported into Excel as a spreadsheet.

Graphs of Surveys Entered

Graphs the count of surveys entered for each template. Shows counts by Date, Day of Week, and Time of Day.

Percent of Questions Answered

This report graphs the percent answered for each question in a survey. Also displays a summary of each survey in the report footer.

Kinetic Request Reports


Open Requests Contains details regarding the requests, tasks, and approvals.

Requests Created - Company/Business Unit

This report has a breakdown of the requests for a Company-Business Unit based on the Company ID field.

Requests Created - Person

This report has a breakdown of the requests for a person based on the email address (Contact_Info_Value).

This report has a breakdown of the requests for a Template.

Service Catalog - Details

This report has a breakdown of Templates grouped by Category and Type.

Service Catalog - Summary

This report has a breakdown of Templates grouped by Category and Type.

Simple Completed - Requests

This report displays all of the questions and answers for a Request Template.

Service Items by Volume

This report has a formula that concatenates the Category, Type, and Service Item Name and then displays the data in a Cross Tab.

Requests and Approvals Closed by Month Graphs

This report displays a Graph using the Request Closed Date and displays how many Requests and Approvals were closed each Month (displays the 1st day of the week).

Requests and Approvals Closed by Week Graphs

This report displays a Graph using the Request Closed Date and displays how many Requests and Approvals were closed each Week (displays the day of the week).
